Rated 1.0 CHEAP QUALITY AND OVERLY EXPENSIVE FOLLOWED BY RUDE BEHAVIOR. WON'T RECOMMEND HER SERVICES. Worst customer experience I ever had in States. Gave my lengha top cloth for alternation. The woman worker totally ruined the length of the cloth making the front side larger in length as compared to the back. When I addressed the issue to the owner of the shop, she simply denied the mistake and said it was a manufacturing defect. On top of it, she started shouting to prove her point and totally misleading the issue to some different topic. Further, she started passing some bad comments along with her other workers in her native (Nepalese) language. Haven't seen anyone so arrogant, immature, loud and stubborn. I literally left the shop with a severe headache. I wish they know how to do their job and accept if they commit any mistake than talking nuisance. Charged $25 for ruining my dress.
