Rated 5.0 I don't think I could ever use this company again. They may be good with some pests, but they can't seem to get rid of the yellow jacket nest by my front door. They treated it last Thursday and the bees are still here. I've called at least twice, because I can't let anyone come to my front door and now I have to wait until Tuesday. This morning there were 10 or more bees flying around the nest, but they wont go in it so they don't die. Very disappointed.
