Rated 1.0 My interaction with Auriga travels and their team has been one of the WORST ticket booking experiences. The team was all nice in gaining our business but once we booked the ticket with them, the customer service and communication was absolutely shocking. I had little to no help from them in getting my ticket cancelled. They call themselves experienced travel agents, but they did not have the wherewithal to disclose to me that the airline that I am booking the ticket for has a poor ticket cancellation procedure. Now I don't know when I will get my refund, which I can live with. But what I can't accept is the lack of accountability from this agency when their customer really needs their help.
