I contacted Minali about pre-pleating a saree that I could pack. She did such a beautiful job. She’s very responsive and communicative and let me know exactly what measurements she needed. I live an hour away and she ironed and pleated my sari and gave it back to me in an hour so that I did not need to make multiple trips.
