This is the best of best in dallas. I have been rented my car from 2016. He is so active for all customers. Binesh is direct, honest, and treat you like part of the family. It is nice that the same mechanic and same faces are almost always there when I bring my car in... and you get a chance to actually speak to the person working on your car to ask questions. I've been to the chop twice for body work. Once on my Honda and once on my Infiiniti. Both times the work quality was top notch and the pricing was below the other shops I checked with. Recently, the shop has also hired a mechanic. My wife's audi had all these issues, and since I'd been so happy with the body shop, I figured I'd ask the mechanic about the Audi's issues. Essentially, my wife's Q5 was consuming oil I had to put in a new quart every month. The Audi dealership charged me $500 for a diagnostic of what the problem was, and then told me that it would cost $8K to replace the pistons, but they couldn't guarantee it would fix it. If not, we'd have to spend $14K to replace the block. Adam told me he'd take a look. He performed a 1.5hrs diagnosis, and then fixed the car for under $300, including a $200 part. I'm not joking. This place is a gem.

In my 54 years of life I have not encountered such an honest, sincere and knowledgeable mechanic. Adam, the senior mechanic has always been able to fix everything wrong with my Mercedes GL 450 and that too within an hour or so. The management does not have any intentions to overcharge and in fact I found that AB Imports gives a much cheaper quote than other workshops. Thomas has set up a reliable workshop and I have referred my family and friends to AB Imports and they've all been extremely satisfied as well. I would recommend this workshop to everyone.

I had a very positive experience today. Had to fix car window beading , got quote from couple of other providers around 200 $. Binesh asked me to bring in and told will see whether he car fix without replacing the part. He made it work just for 1/5th of the price. Binesh is very friendly. My Odyssey was loosing power steering when driven on rain / standing water. Honda dealer (McDavid) couldn't diagnose the problem. AB imports identified the issue and fixed it. I was surprised and happy it is fixed.

I was very pleased with the services I received here!! I had a few issues with the air conditioning and the radiator was cracked. Initially when I got to the place I was a little uncertain of what to expect, it is a small shop a little to the interior. After seeing the work they do and interacting with the employees all my doubts vanished. I had some pretty decent damages on the passenger side and trunk of my car and now I can't even tell that it was there to begin with. Ben does an amazing job breaking down the estimates and works with us to find an affordable price range for the repairs. I can tell with 100% certainty that I will be back if I need any other repairs to my other vehicles.

Bought a Prius from Thomas and he made process easy

I went for car Ac repair and paid 250 bugs (we discussed it earlier if there’s a leakage, then they will see where it’s leaking and what’s the issue is and they will not charge for diagnostic again) and a week later Ac stopped working and I went there again and they were unable to identify where’s the actual leakage. Binesh is good and he will provide proper guidance on car issues (he changed car ac filter without any charge at first time).

Good Business, man of his word

We had a stray object fly off a truck and leave a hole in our bumper, dislodged it and damaged a few parts around it. They were kind enough to take the car on Christmas day, drive it up from Frisco to Irving and bring it back completely fixed in 2-3 days. Considering the amount of work done, damage fixed and a brand new bumper... 800 bucks to get our car back like brand new was a no brainer. I'd highly recommend! The work done and quality of work is top notch. Couldn't even tell there was ever any damage.

It seems like as if the prices of the vehicles were extremely high they were arranging from anything between as far as I remember 450 to $800 and not the newest of vehicles were presented that would suffice a pricing of $800.

Personally, I don't know much about cars but they've never tried to exploit that, as I've had some experiences of that nature elsewhere. They've never tried to cheat me into buying a new part if not really needed, often times they're able to just repair it. They are very friendly and approachable. While it's completely understandable that the owner or staff may wish to express their beliefs, customer comfort should also be considered. Overall: The owner, Binesh, is prompt, highly knowledgeable, and delivers excellent service. I’m satisfied with the quality of the work, but I’d think twice about waiting on-site again. It was great working with Binesh. I did not initially know that it was cash only until I arrived and my son picked out the car. Honest, affordable, quality, on time repair experience for Honda Pilot ! Binesh was prompt with open communication and regular updates on repair progress ! I went for car Ac repair and paid 250 bugs (we discussed it earlier if there’s a leakage, then they will see where it’s leaking and what’s the issue is and they will not charge for diagnostic again) and a week later Ac stopped working and I went there again and they were unable to identify where’s the actual leakage. Binesh is good and he will provide proper guidance on car issues (he changed car ac filter without any charge at first time).

It seems like as if the prices of the vehicles were extremely high they were arranging from anything between as far as I remember 450 to $800 and not the newest of vehicles were presented that would suffice a pricing of $800.
