I had a buffet. Not many veggie options. Starters aren’t good, Biryani not good. Desserts are good. Not worth the price tag

We went for dinner, ambiance is nice. We ordered gobi manchurian and it was really good, other than that everything else was ok. Paneer butter masala was the worst, sauce tasted like ketchup. Service is pretty good for the most part but they charge more for items than what is listed on the menu and they have no way to fix it apparently. It is way overpriced for small portions and mediocre food.

Service was good, we were greeted and seated promptly. Limited vegetarian options, they could add more veg starters. Veg Manchurian was tasty but veg curries lacked any taste.

The food was mediocre, especially the biryani which tasted and looked like a pilav.

Buffet was okay. Nice variety. But shouldn't serve cold chicken

The ambiance at Buffet Haven is warm and inviting. The spacious layout and tasteful decor create a comfortable environment for lunch. Despite being busy, the restaurant never felt overcrowded, thanks to well-organised seating arrangements. Better to add some South Indian style dishes.

I’m not sure why , but I was charged 23.80 , I think the buffet price here is 19.99 and with tax around , but I was charged 23.80 yesterday and I dint order anything extra , the waiters never brought me any bread until I asked them .

This review is for their dinner service. Very disappointed in the level of service and food on the dinner menu. Service is SLOW. Took a long time for everything….from getting the menus, ordering, getting the drinks, and food. Service was not attentive. They were busy setting up the empty tables (likely for the lunch buffet next day) vs attending to us. The Kolhapuri Mushroom is blasphemy. There is a certain expectation when a dish is labeled Kolhapuri. This was more like continental mushroom with cheese! Kind request is to change the recipe or relabel the dish on the menu. The chicken fry and the Bombay chicken curry had the same taste. Overall not impressed. The lunch buffet is a better option!

Atmosphere was nice. Service was attentive. However, do not recommend the chicken tikka as I'm still dealing with some mild food poisoning the next day. My friend who shared all the other dishes and had the fish curry said she was fine. Hopefully, they had have a little better organization in the kitchen with raw meat going forward. It will be a very long time before I try again, if at all.

Expensive, not authentic to a fault, and not spicy whatsoever. It was disappointing to see different servers spill our drinks and food onto the table nonstop as well. My guest had to ask if they needed help... Had to ensure them that Indian food isn't like what this place serves as it's much better and more authentic elsewhere... I will not be returning. Note: At 6:57pm CT, the male server drops a fork onto the kitchen ground, proceeds to put it back onto a cart with other utensils before deciding to put it into the area to wash.

We ordered Gongura chicken it was burnt and tasted like black burned very bad we couldn't eat it and also we ordered lassi it tasted like food spice looks like it was not well sealed and mixed with other food preparation while packed it didn't unfortunately please.

Food was decent - Kolhapuri Paneer Kadhai was decent but Naan was a little undercooked and thicker than what we usually like. (Check pictures) The service wasn’t as good as we would have liked. After sitting there for 10 mins we had to ask for the menu itself. The servers were busy taking orders of people who came after us. We ordered a drink and main course together in one go due to above delay. The main course came and we started but drink didn’t come until we were half way done. We asked them about the drink and it came in almost when we were finished eating. Their service needs to be improved in terms of what should go in first.

The place had a fine ambience with a selective menu. The coffee wad bad, and the food seemed okay. The staff was nice and courteous though.

The place was ok, nothing exceptional, food is average, food containers are hard to open and operate without putting your plate down, no ice, water bottles at the tables are nice but ice is a must, place could be great but good experience overall however, not impressive enough for me to go back

We have been here a couple of times but this time the service was off. We came in around the 9pm hour. We all asked for ice but they bought out one glass at a time. The real kicker , besides the wait , was toward the end of the night. They are close to closing and we finally get out tab paid for and get ready to leave. The chair beneath me breaks! My husband and my bestie help me up. I staff asks if I'm ok as we walk out. No one came to see if I was injured. No one checked on me nor apologized. I assume the manager had left. But the people there just watched. I was very displeased of the lack of attention from me falling due to the chair breaking. I have been here before and sat in these chairs and had no problem. No concern expect Are you ok as I walk out is horrible customer service.

Yesterday, we visited Bombay Republic Indian Kitchen with high expectations, but unfortunately, it was not a great experience. When they claim to serve Indian authentic flavors, it didn’t reflect in the food at all. The virgin mojito, for instance, was made with a syrup that lacked any lemon flavor, which was surprising. The Mutton Rogan Josh, which is usually a rich, flavorful dish, tasted surprisingly sweet something I never expected from a mutton dish.To make matters worse, the service was disappointingly slow. When the waiter brought our drinks, I noticed something strange: usually, glasses are placed on the table, but here, the waiter asked us to pick up the glass ourselves. It felt like he didn’t want to serve us properly.Overall, it was a letdown, and I expected much better from a place promising authentic Indian flavors.

The atmosphere is good, they have light music with some good wall hangings. Not sure if parking would be available during peak hours. Not all food is good, probably the veg starters are much better. They have a lot of oil in non veg appetizers and main course. So when you order ask for less oil. One time try is fine, I wouldn't go again.

I was there for buffet for lunch at 12:30 PM with family, food was already cold, tandoori chicken were dry, when asked they served fresh ones, veg items were already cold and dry. Buffet is over hyped at this place, I had to ask 3,4 times to refill mutton, they took 20 mins to refill. I gave 3 start for their service and atmosphere, staff were helpful and nice.

It’s felt like this is the place for Non veg lovers. For veg very limited options. Less options in Appetizers. I don’t think it’s worth of money. Ambiance is good for sure but when we visit restaurant for food then food is more important. I saw lots of options for non vegetarians that’s disappointing.

Wonderful mojito, but hardly any ice and not very cool, served in a plastic margarita glass. Samosas mostly wrapper, not much filling. Samosa served with nice dipping sauce but not the traditional chutneys. Vegetarian (palak paneer) was rich and flavorful. Service was prompt but I am the only customer at 5:00 on Tuesday. Didn’t pour my water but the water is room temp and available on the table for self service. Waited quite a while for a box and the bill. Nice atmosphere; the speaker is blown so it rumbles when bass is prominent in the music but the volume is appropriate for the space. Clean and pleasant.

I Visited Bombay Republic India Kitchen for dinner, and overall, it was a good experience. Parking took about 10-15 minutes, so plan accordingly. Restaurant mentioned it has basement free parking so use that.. Started with drinks—ordered the Pan drink, and my son had Kala Khatta. Both were flavorful, but the glass design made them a bit tricky to handle without spilling. Food highlights: ? Chicken Bao – Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend. ? Keema Dosa & Mutton Keema Burger – Both were well-prepared and tasty. Needs improvement: ? Gongura Chicken – Way too salty. ? Cigar Samosa – A bit too oily. ? Schezwan Noodles – Just okay, nothing special. Service was friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience. Overall, it’s worth trying at least once!

This restaurant has opened 4months ago so they’re pretty new in the hotel business. The place is amazing, for a date or for a party with your friends. However, let me breakdown the total experience. Ambience: The restaurant looks amazing. The setup of tables, the service, the overall looks and the fact being very close to the nearest freeway exit, all in together is amazing. Perfect place for a date or a party with friends as they have enough space available. Food: We were 3 so we ordered considerably around 5 dishes and 3 drinks. Starting with the appetizers, the shrimp tandoori was really good in taste and quantity. The Butter Chicken Bao was average because it’s not at all spicy so they can improve there, however, it’s pretty heavy per piece as the sauce/gravy is mouth-full so a good dish to order. For the main dish, we have the mutton kheema pao which I definitely recommend(please order spicy). The quantity is good, comes with 2 pao’s so may wanna order more. No complaints on this one. The server mentioned that the Burrata Chicken was their trending dish so we ordered it. It was not what I expected. Not spicy at all, however, too many things to improve in this one. The gravy is so thick that you won’t be able to take more than 4-5 bites(depending on how much you eat). It’s a super heavy dish. The quantity is good, but overall, I would not recommend this one. Drinks: Guava mocktail was really good. I personally ordered the Kokam mocktail which was the best(a true Mumbaikar opinion), so definitely order this one. The last one was the pina colada which was not good at all. Reason being there was no coconut essence in it. Definitely a no go. Overall review: I would rate this place 3/5. They have created dishes for the American pallet but the name is Bombay Republic. For the restaurant, I would say please make authentic Bombay dishes even if you have all dishes named from Bombay but taste is not close at all. However, I can vouch that you guys will definitely improve which I can say by the quality of the dishes made by a really good chef. For the people going there, if you’re American, you can go for the mild or medium spicy levels, but Indians, please order spicy! I tried mild and medium, not authentic for us at all. Again, I would recommend do visit this place for a date or a party, as their service and ambiance are amazing, just for the food, it depends on what you order. One last point(sorry for such a long review), this place is costly when it comes to a newly opened restaurant which is in their experimental stages. Most of the dishes are from $16-20 and my overall bill for 4 dishes and 3 drinks was around $110. If they go lower on the prices, it would seriously attract a lot of customers and let them enjoy a bit more. Please do visit this place it’s good and in time and experience they will become even better.

We went to this restaurant last month for the first time and it has a nice ambiance with multiple fusion dishes. We had the paneer chilli bao which I had for the first time along with paneer tikka, which was good but they could have marinated it well. I believe that the tandoori flavor wasn't up to the point. The best thing about their dishes is their presentation. The way they present everything was impressive. I wanted to have a veg burger however it wasn't available since the place is new and they still expanding the kitchen. Probably the next time when I come it will be there with more veg options and more flavor too. This time I ordered tandoori mushrooms which were absolutely amazing. I loved the tandoori flavor it has like they serve it in India. Moreover, there Hakka noodles were also flavorful and different from other restaurants. Apart from this I also ordered the vada pav which was good too. But if there is one dish I have to recommend I'll say its the mushrooms undoubtedly. I went to this restaurant a second time and I wasn't happy. Their service is too slow and they didn't maintain the quality from our first visit. We ordered our favourite kohlapuri mushroom tikka and paneer bhurji dosa which wasn't worth the price. What I didn't like at all was the grilled sandwich which was uncooked. We waited 30 minutes for this sandwich and it wasn't even grilled or hot. They need to maintain their quality and time management skills.

Cigar samosa was full of oil.. tasted like frozen food fried quickly. Rest of the food was delivered light warm, like it waited before being delivered to table and lacked in taste. I would rate the food average.

My wife and I really enjoyed Chaitanya’s food. I particularly enjoyed the pakoda and the Benedict. Also had the chance to talk with the owners of this family run business. Very nice people.

Highly recommend pure, clean, tasty food made with passion from Chai-Tanya. Loved everything from order taken to their follow-ups, delivery and amazing food. I could just close my eyes after ordering and just watched guests/devotees just enjoying the food. We just hired Chaitanya’s Delights for a Mother’s Day dinner and were completely blown away from beginning to end. The entire experience was seamless and the food was absolutely phenomenal. We had Saag Burrata with Naan Dippers, Papdi Chaat Cups, Desi Flatbread, Samosa Cones, Malai Rigatoni with Desi Garlic Bread, Eggplant Parmesan with Pesto, and Rasmalai Tres Leches for dessert. Every single dish was a hit — creative, full of flavor, and beautifully balanced. You could taste the thought and care put into each bite. I eat out often in Dallas and have had plenty of great meals, but I’m most impressed when something surprises me with unique, thoughtful flavor. This meal did exactly that. Thank you to Chaitanya’s Delights for not only the incredible food but also the warm, professional service. We’re already looking forward to the next one.

Visited for dinner and found the location to be nice. Food is good, but not all the options. Out of the food which we had, would recommend - Chicken Pepper Fry, Paneer Butter Masala with Naan, Mushroom appetizer. Would not recommend - Paneer burger. It's a burger bun filled with paneer curry, which is extremely difficult to eat and not that good as well. Service was really good and our server took care of all our concerns.

I tried the lunch buffet with a coworker. As a vegetarian, I was very impressed with the options as most other restaurants will only have 2-3 items. They had paneer kebabs, paneer chili, tindora, chana masala, pav bhaji, daal makhani…just to name a few! My coworker especially liked the non-veg items. I also liked the service and music. I will definitely be coming back to try their a la carte menu.

Food is very good and flavorful. Been going to Mumtaz for a decade but this place is definitely now on my rotation. The bad: the inside is very cramped and crowded and overfilled with tables. They even put a random, singular round table in an aisle and people have to awkwardly squeeze around it to reach their tables. While the inside does look nice, at times they are trying just a little too hard and functionality suffers. The serving spoons at the buffet area are stored vertically against a weird stand and it is easy to tip over. Many of the food dishes are awkwardly and precariously placed not on the table but on a foot tall stand. Everything looks like it's about to slide or fall off. Just buy taller tables because this is not it. Also the food labels are... Handwritten on post it notes? $20 is pretty good for a lunch buffet but still... Hard to tell what dining experience level they are going for. Coupled with the crowding inside any improvements to the dining experience created by the decor is negated by the blatantly cheap and tacky overfilling of the dining floor with seating. The buffet layout really just needs work. Too crowded Also the staff are a little too overzealous or lacking in intuition when clearing tables. Theyd given me a basket of naan and I ate one piece. Went for a second plate, Came back and everything on the table was cleared even though my napkin was left on the chair. Fyi generally that means the diner will be returning... Overall okay. Wont give up mumtaz entirely as they are reliable. Thid place has yet to prove itself to be a reliable restaurant to me as mumtaz has for over a decade. Edit oct 26 Mughlai--- food eh, but best dosas and pani puri since udipi cafe shut down. Mediocre rice and their dishes kind of all taste the same. India palace--- Most expensive. Bad rice, bad naan. But dishes are pretty good. Good dosas and pani puri. Good service. Bombay republic--- good food, good prices, no dosas or pani puri, also a tad greasy. Weak deserts but amazing biryani Mumtaz--- solid, reliable decent food. Best rice and naan. Rip Udipi Cafe and Iravat Indias Bistro.

If you don't mind, some options are cold that are supposed to be hot, and that when you ask for lemon for your water and they not only don't understand at first, but don't ever bring it to your table to busy with an upsale, trying to sell you alcohol during your lunch break, maybe this is the place for you. Most of the food options are good, but please avoid the tandoori chicken. It clearly sat there since the early morning. It was cold and smelled rotten. If you avoid these things, this place was great. They also don't have the same options from day to day, so please look before you leap.

We had a good first experience! The lunch buffet has a good variety of dishes. The food is very well seasoned! Some dishes were somewhat spicy, so be aware if you are sensitive to spicy food! Two issues we encountered were related to the containers and utensils in the buffet area. First, the food warmers would slide on top of the induction cooktops when trying to open and close the lids. Second, the serving spoons and spoon rests caused the buffet area to be somewhat cluttered. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The restaurant decor and bar area are beautiful! The lunch buffet was reasonably priced ($17 per person) We will definitely return for more delicious food!

We love Indian food and were excited to try this new place (opened about 4 months ago so not that new). Overall, it was really good for dinner and we would like to try the buffet at lunch next time. The cigar samosas don’t have as much filling as traditional samosas but were more crunchy and hot and served with a dipping sauce that had just the right amount of spice. We ordered the mutton Rogan josh which was very tasty, the mixed veggie curry which was a lot of cauliflower and carrots and didn’t have any spice (would be good for kids), and the Hakka noodles (from the ‘Indo-Chinese’ list) was similar to pad Thai with thin noodles, egg, veggies and little pieces of chicken. We didn’t do drinks this time, but they have a full bar and a good selection on the menu. Definitely a place to check out and I would love to try some of their bao or a wrap next time!

Food was great and service was pretty good too. We had the cigar samosas and hakka noodles and vindaloo. Only downside was the dosa menu wasn't available yet. My little one wasnt happy as that was pretty much how we convinced her to try this place

This place is great to try some interesting Indian fusion food items. We loved the passion fruit pani puri and malai brocolli. It was refreshing to see a menu with some unique dishes. I wish there were some more fusion options. Indo-chinese was not that great in taste. Overall, it was a good experience. Must try!

A nice atmosphere and delicious food. The servers were very nice. I will say service was slightly slow, but I attribute that to they are fairly new and there were quite a few people.

We gave Bombay Republic a try and were pleasantly surprised (or may be we should not be). A quick getaway meal was needed and Papdi Chaat and Butter Chicken proved to be quite the choice. Service was fast and friendly. While awaiting my order I got a sense of the place. It was good but could use a bit of panache to make the ambience better reflect the great food we had. We missed taking photos but I have to give credit for very elegant packing of the papdi chaat...

Lunch buffet on weekday with party of about 40 from work, food is good, usual Indian entrees and hot naan’s to the table and the place has nice ambience and decent buffet. Also has a little bar. I would go again,Recommended.

Sharon was wonderful and attentive. The food was amazing like our first visit. I'd recommend letting guests know that refills on drinks are NOT free. Aside from that, everything was exceptional. And upon my last visit, today... the tea is still an issue and others were placed to be seated at our table while we were at the buffet. It was really nice.

Went there because of the online rating, got “chicken Dum biriyani” and the biriyani was not good as expected. Biriyani served with boneless chicken which tastes good , the rice and the flavor made the biriyani terrible. Too much masala, ghee/ oil.

The food is of great quality, although the prices are slightly higher compared to other establishments. The portion sizes do not seem to correspond with the prices.

The servers were nice but I felt like the main waiter must have called out. The people taking orders were a man who seemed like the owner and a girl who seemed to have been from the back of house. They made a couple mistakes with our food but it was fine. The food was great! I wish the menu had been more clear that the potato sandwich had cheese though. I’m vegan so it was kind of uncomfy when I realized that there was cheese on it

Tried the lunch buffet. The food was the “Americanized” version of Indian food. The spice level was significantly lowered to match the American palette. The dessert was extra sweet. Which is understandable as most of their clientele were people not accustom to indian spice level. The atmosphere was good and overall ambience was nice. If you are looking for authentic indian flavor, this might not the best place!

Finally found a decent place to go for Indian food during office lunch in Richardson. We colleagues went for buffet and everyone liked it. We were waiting for this kind of hang out places for lunch in our office and finally we think we got it if the same consistent is maintained. strongly suggest this.

I felt like Reuben Feffer in the Indian food scene in Along Came Polly….in a good way. The food was full of flavor and I savored it! Service was great, until the place got busier. What seemed like the manager/owner came to check on things and we complimented everyone. They seemed to not have enough staff to support an influx of visitors and it showed by not getting to each table in a timely fashion AFTER we received our food. Atmosphere was subpar as they were so many sounds that were not natural from our table. Were spent the whole time trying to talk over the music from the TV and people AROUND THE CORNER from us. A solid solution would be to try to control the volume from the TVs with speakers around the dining area & from others in the restaurant. Pictures are just to get points ;)

Went to Bombay Republic an Indian Restaurant located over in Richardson. The menu had some very interesting items. Tried a variety of dishes and every dish was full of flavor and some dishes uniquely prepared. Tried beet dahi puri, vada pav sliders, panner butter masala, yellow dal, and egg masala curry with malabar parantha. Definitely will be coming back.

Brought my stepdaughter for buffet lunch on Saturday. Good variety of food and service was great. Place is clean and ambiance is very nice! Unfortunately, I was so full after one plate so I couldn't try other dishes. Butter chicken was flavorful and so was their jalapeno chicken too! I'll have to come by during the week day. Price is on the higher side though (around $50 for 2 ) My stepdaughter really liked the butter chicken and their noodle stir fry.

I have had dine-in and take-out here, and both times, the food was very nice. However, I felt the food was a bit pricey. The ambiance is great, the place is spacious with lots of seating, and there is enough parking around the complex. The service was commendable, too. Also, there is a lunch buffet throughout the week. We booked a table for dinner for a birthday and they also gave us a complimentary dessert. Would definitely recommend this for a good Indian restaurant.

We started our meal with the tomato soup, which was rich and perfectly seasoned, setting the stage for the rest of the evening. The mutton korma was the star of the show, with tender pieces of mutton cooked to perfection in a creamy, aromatic sauce that had just the right balance of spices. Each bite was a delightful experience that showcased the chef's expertise. The chicken chilli was another highlight, offering a perfect blend of heat and flavor that was both satisfying and exciting. My husband and I came across this gem by accident and were so glad we did! We had an exceptional experience! This the BEST Indian food we have had in DFW. You must order the samosas chaat! Their saag paneer is out of this world. They have a really great bar with Amrut Single Malt whiskey from India. It’s really cute and the service is wonderful. We want to tell everyone about this place!

Out of all the Indian restaurant I’ve been to this is my new favorite. I worked at an Indian restaurant in my early teens and nothing compares to how good the food was. Sadly, that place closed due to poor ownership and I never thought I would find a place as good. Bombay exceeded my expectations, the food is phenomenal, lamb biryani, buratta chicken tikka, the cigar simosas could have been crispier or they need to be regular simosas. My only complaint was they brought out my mother in laws food 15 minutes before our food… they should have just remade it or held it back there, we finally got out food but it took another 10 minutes to get our garlic naan. Luckily, the food was delicious. They just need to work on their timing of the food. My mother in law was done eating by the time our food came out…

Beautiful staple dishes all with a creative twist and perfectly curated from the drinks and mocktails, through the appetizers and main dishes, and up to the deserts and chai. I’ve never seen such delightful cocktail and desert menus that celebrate Indian culture, cuisine, art, and globally-inspired fusion so well! I’ve never had egg roll shaped samosas before! But I had them here! And they were delish! And I had the most flavorful, colorful, succulent, juicy, tandoori chicken! And then! Wait for it… Gulab Jamun Crème Brûlée ??. Uff! That was the best crème brûlée ever. And then! As if they hadn’t out done themselves enough, then manager gave me a cocktail on the house! I forgot to mention how lovely all the staff was. The extensive drink menu includes mocktails, and although we saw others ordering mango lassi, we did not sample it. The buffet featured a well-rounded selection of vegetarian dishes that would be appealing even if ordered à la carte. The food was flavorful, fresh, and met our expectations for spice levels, though I personally would have preferred a bit more heat. Buffets are often designed to cater to a wide audience, and this one was executed effectively. The atmosphere was inviting, with soothing background music that created a pleasant ambiance, making it suitable for a date night. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive, contributing to a positive dining experience. Bombay Republic Kitchen and Grill also offers dinner service from 5 pm until closing, with a full à la carte menu, and delivery options are available. We saw a delivery order being picked up during our visit. Having been open for just 5 weeks, Bombay Republic Kitchen and Grill is a promising new addition to the dining scene and is definitely worth a visit.

One of the best restaurants in Dallas by a country mile. We went there with no expectations and were pleasantly surprised by how good their food was. The number of dishes on the lunch buffet were probably lesser than half the buffet restaurants here and all the dishes were very well made. Their Mumbai fried chicken was to die for and their naans were very light and fluffy. After a long time we returned back with both our stomach and heart full and satisfied. Please continue to keep up the standards and try and improve the service a little bit during peak hours.

Visited this place recently and I did not know that it will be such a great surprise. Living in the Bay Area sets up a high standard for Indian food but this was exceptional. I passed by this place while in Dallas/Richardson and was curious enough to check it out. I think it was a promotional price, but the buffet was only $15.99 per person which definitely reeled me in as someone who isn't too familiar with Indian food, and let's just say I was not disappointed with my experience. Sadly, it was my last day in Texas as I was visiting from out of state, but I would definitely want to come back if given the chance!

I went with some coworkers for lunch . We were seated immediately and informed that they have a buffet available for lunch. We all decided to do that. I tried a little bit of every option. Oh boy. Let me tell you. Everything was good. The garlic chicken was especially good. So good. And the naan? It came to the table FRESH. Warm, fluffy, with melted butter. So so good. We all left on the verge of a food coma, having eaten far too much. The service was quick and swift. I highly recommend this place. Incredible. We lived in San Francisco for 20 years and tried several different Indian restaurants. Bombay Republic is better than most we’ve tried. Such a great find!

Must try- Butter Paneer Bun, Malai Kofta and dal fry. Delicious food and seemed freshly prepared! Highly recommend and loved the Gajar halwa with ice cream.

I tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. The Restaurant itself was very well put together and decorated. It feels nice and high end. The food was amazing and for lunch it was a buffet style setting. We had a little bit of every dish and we loved them all. There was not a single bad item. The restaurant appears to be ran by a family and you can tell the food is homemade and fresh. The family appears to all be working together to make this restaurant successful. They were very attentive to our table and made sure we were taken care of and enjoying the meal. You can tell they care a lot about their Restaurant. I will definitely be back. Wonderful traditional Indian flavors with a great selection of vegetarian options, making it a good choice for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine. This my first time trying Indian food and it was amazing! The ambiance and service was also top tier. I will definitely return soon.

This is our second time in the same week visiting Bombay Republic and it was an absolute delight. As for the food, the first time we enjoyed their buffet which offered an impressive variety of dishes. Each dish got its own unique taste and flavor. This time we decided to order ala carte and we were just as impressed . Each dish we tried was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, expertly crafted and delicious.Would recommend their special passion fruit pani puri, sea bass rava fry, pepper mutton roast and kebabs. The ambience was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of cozy lighting and tasteful decor that set a comfortable yet elegant tone. The service on both visits was outstanding. The owner Saumya and the staff made us feel welcome the moment we walked in, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Had lunch at Bombay Republic today with my daughter. It was easy to see how they have a nearly perfect rating online. The buffet was amazing, the staff was friendly, and did I mention the food was amazing? Several different chicken dishes, a wonderful goat dish, and several vegetable offerings. The fellow sitting next to us raved about the quality of the vegetarian dishes. I don't go out of my way to look for vegetarian dishes, but was pleased with the ones I sampled. If you need vegetarian options, this place has you covered. I asked about a couple of dishes I had heard about that I didn't see and was told We alternate dishes through the week. Awesome! I can't wait to go back.

I was pleasantly surprised on how good and flavorful the dishes were. I came here for lunch and they serve a buffet. Usually for a buffet the food becomes marginal on quality but at Bombay Republic they provide the same quality you would expect for ordering a dinner. I was told that some of their items change in a rotation to keep the buffet interesting. If you are looking for one of the best Indian restaurants you don’t have to look any further. This should be your go-to Indian restaurant. The buffet was great, the staff were always present and prepared for adding to your drinks or naan. It was very clean inside with a new feeling. We decided to try something new for dinner and absolutely loved this Indian fusion restaurant! The Beet Dahi Puri and Passion Fruit Pani Puri were delightful starters, but our top favorite was the Kolhapuri Mushroom an incredible burst of flavors. Another standout dish was the Chicken Tikka Bao, which was both creative and delicious. The food is not only unique but also packed with amazing flavors. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore modern and unique flavor combinations!

Tried chilli paneer bao, kalimirch chicken, schezwan noodles and gobhi manchurian. Just ask for extra spicy if you want to enhance the taste of bao and noodles. Pavan hosted us and he was really kind and understood the food instructions properly.

Phenomenal restaurant with even better staffs. Me and my family came in a couple of days ago for a birthday party with a guest count of 13 people unreserved. It was our first time and the servers and host greeted us eagerly. They carefully explained all the items to us and was very patient with our party. Food was delicious with some notable standout like the samosa cigars and the butter chicken. We’ll definitely pay a visit again when we’re in the area!

Went for dinner last night and enjoyed every bit of it. As we walked in the waitresses were very warm with welcome and seating us. The menu options had a good spread they catered the correct spice levels in each dish as we requested. Desserts were interesting. Cocktail, an American in Mumbai is the old fashioned, highly recommend it.

This is some of the best Indian food I’ve had. I’ve been to dozens of Indian restaurants and growing up with an Indian mother, I know good Indian food. The service is a bit slower, but that lends itself to a more private dinner.

The best curry house I’ve been in the USA. Very nice, great service can’t fault it I would highly recommend. I had the vindaloo, if you want it for dipping ask for extra saucy, even still it was delicious

This was our first visit and it was excellent. The Chicken Vindaloo is wonderful as is the Burrata Chicken Tika Masala. The garlic naan was both crispy and soft and we loved it. We will be back for sure!

Rarely do I encounter an Indian Restaurant that achieves all four factors at once - quality food, quality service, ambiance and reasonable price. The chef did an awesome job with creative menu offerings, artful presentation, flavorful experience, and appropriate quantities. The wait staff were congenial, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I think Bombay Republic may want to increase the number of wait staff as more and more people come to learn of Bombay Republic's existence (BR is likely get extremely busy as people discover this great eatery). One admonishment to the wait staff is to follow up and check if the meal is going well and to offer to clear plates and courses as necessary. I appreciate the great recommendations that the wait staff made. I had the pleasure of taking a visiting friend to this restaurant. I was anxiety filled as I had no prior experience with Bombay Republic. I am so glad we made the decision to come and eat at Bombay Republic for the first time. Lovely place. We've been coming since they first opened and they're our favorite Indian place in Dallas. Not enough people come here but they should! And they serve mixed drinks! We like the desi paan mojito, and every entre is just right.

Late evening yesterday, on my drive back home I found this place. My kids loved the food, specially Mutton Roganjosh and Butter Chicken. We also had Haka noodles which was spot on. Loved the Kathi Roll. Food is awesome and place has a good vibe. Will go back for Lunch buffet sometime soon.

This place is one of the few places on Dallas a college student can truly eat and not worry about money. Quality and quantity guaranteed!! Come on weekdays though, weekend rates are pretty expensive.

We went on Mother’s day so they were a little unprepared to handle the amount of people, but otherwise the service was amazing as well as the food. They were very nice about some order that was delivered wrong and replaced it fast.

I had a wonderful dining experience here! The chicken malai kalimirch tikka was absolutely delicious, and the portion size was generous—unlike many other places that serve only a few pieces. However, the burrata chicken tikka masala could have been better; it had a strong tangy tomato flavor that overpowered the dish.

The tandoori chicken and chili naan is a must try! The drinks are very nice! The rest of the food we ordered were just okay (tandoori chicken bao, Bombay fried rice)
