The variety and creativity in the dessert combinations were amazing, and the presentation was just as stunning as the taste. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, making the entire setup a highlight of our event. They also bake cookies and cupcakes for any occasion, making them a go-to for sweet treats. While they have recently introduced savory items, including eggless and vegan options, we haven’t had a chance to try them yet—but we absolutely can’t wait to order for our next gathering! We just hired Chaitanya’s Delights for a Mother’s Day dinner and were completely blown away from beginning to end. The entire experience was seamless and the food was absolutely phenomenal. We had Saag Burrata with Naan Dippers, Papdi Chaat Cups, Desi Flatbread, Samosa Cones, Malai Rigatoni with Desi Garlic Bread, Eggplant Parmesan with Pesto, and Rasmalai Tres Leches for dessert. Every single dish was a hit — creative, full of flavor, and beautifully balanced. You could taste the thought and care put into each bite. I eat out often in Dallas and have had plenty of great meals, but I’m most impressed when something surprises me with unique, thoughtful flavor. This meal did exactly that. Thank you to Chaitanya’s Delights for not only the incredible food but also the warm, professional service. We’re already looking forward to the next one.

If you have been to one in Chennai, this is like a watered down to 7/10ths, in terms of quality and spice and much less crowded. Great place if you are in the area and try some authentic south Indian food or you are nostalgic...

Mysore masala dosa is yummy.sambar is good. Karaikudi chickn curry is a bit greasy but okay. Seemed a bit pricey for quantity but food seemed decent. Service can get better, staff seemed grumpy and reckless.

You can feel the difference in the taste. I must say they have an excellent chef. I would have given it a 5 but for the waiting time after you order which is about an hour. The staff is a bit immature, hope they pick up soon.

They r short staffed always, awesome food but short staffed. The owners are owners of multiple restaurants but still stingy... get one more server dull time guys. Today visited this place which his so great I ordered the thali and everything his taste good and overall we satisfied with the meals but the guy who was in the resorption’s. He seems like kind of attitude and asking us to put bad review if you guys not satisfied with food he said. I was so surprised that ANjAPPAR staffs have never ask this kind of feedback?? from customers why the person was mad from anyone from inside or what I don’t have any clue again it’s non of my business but again I came from different state the taste of the food was amazing lot of varieties keep the same consistency thank for the management and management should take action on the guy who spoils ANjAPPAR name coz it’s my favorite restaurant.I gave 4star because of the guy in the front who messed up and make me wonder but I will be back again.thanks for ANjAPPAR

It's place to have Chettinadu variety of foods. It's spacious and comfortable. Staff members are very cardial with smile and ready to serve you. Always be careful to ask for level of spice depending your tolerance to spicy food. I feel it's value for money

Tried Kizhi porotta, It’s good that I felt they tried maximum to reach actual taste in India. I tried Rabbit roast, I feel average

They have some of the exquisite cuisines like deer meet, crab, liver fry etc. Their food tastes good too. However, 1 star less since everything is on the spicier side. The crab curry we ordered was full of pepper. Otherwise good.

Good food. My order came cold. So they took it back and heated it. But expensive for the food and the area. Other restaurants were comparatively cheaper. Bit slow service. The lady staff kept forgetting our requests and we had to keep reminding her. Overall good Indian food. Loads of varieties. Not great for vegetarians since they use the same oil and fryer for meat and veggies. Meat eaters would enjoy the place

Excellent place for southern Indian food. Definitely more flavorful than most northern Indian food.

I just had the Karaikudi chicken masala, and it was the most delicious Indian curry I have ever had! My only complaints are that there are only a few pieces of chicken in it and it is very spicy! I would recommend getting it mild. The Chicken Manchurian (semi-dry) comes in a soupy water, which is really odd, and it only comes with a few pieces of chicken. I would recommend getting Chicken Manchurian elsewhere or the dry version of it. The customer service is also very good with take out! We had a patient, young gentleman help us with ordering.

Taste and quality of food is very good, with good ambience. Service was provided on time. My daughters loved Garlic Naan.! We are not very impressed with Chicken Biryani but it's a different taste than what we are used to. Overall, very good. I would back here again.

I went to Anjappar Restaurant on Friday night almost 11:45 p.m I ordered Anjappar chicken dry it was fine but Masala Dosa it was really good. I am not sure how is all the menu taste but for Masala Dosa this is really good place to eat. The thing I like the most Chef came to my table and he asked to me how is the food. The way he was explaining about the food it was really good.

Had Deluxe non veg thali for dinner and if you arent super hungry it will be good enough for 2 people. Food is good and sure will come back again

Been there a couple of times and food taste was consistent. They have some authentic South Indian Dishes, but be aware of the spice levels. Service was a tad bit slow and we had to wait for a while to get our dishes served. Didn't see a full fledged bartender and the servers were mixing the drinks and serving them too. They are open late and you could definitely satisfy your late night hunger. Reasons for the 4 star, service could be better, food spice levels need to be adjusted a bit and they need a full fledged bartender. Overall a decent place and would definitely be going back again.

The Deer Sukka and The Rabbit Curry were very great. But the biryani was not so good.

We had only Filter Coffee and Baby Corn Fry Appetizer. The coffee was ok. The Baby Corn Fry tastes good and was nice and crispy. The atmosphere was gloomy and those booths were just impractical.

This place have amazing Chutneys for Dhosa and if the sides considered, they are the best on Dallas. The overall quality of food varies time to time. Saying so, the food is never bad, but sometimes they provide exceptional food, sometimes it's just normal (which is not bad at all). Try out the Mysore masala dhosa. Also the sailon paratha is amazing. I've tried appam recently and that is just average. Not exceptional. I had it once in a shop in Philadelphia, that is by far the best if Appam is considered.

It was a good restaurants very spicy food even if you look for mild, so people who needs mild food, this is an warning. :) Well , when it comes to food , it's with good Tate and flavor full... Special the pomfret fry was very good. Well if you are looking for spicy food, you are welcome to try.

Good food n Ambience. Great place for South Indian cuisines. We tried this Tawa fish fry and mutton Ceylone paratha....ooooo..fish was yumm but this partha was too much heavy for us. The keema stuffing in it wasn't great and the egg coating filled our stomach fast. This dish requires people with great appetite. :p n yes serving time is average.

Food was excellent. It was spicy and flavorful as Indian food should be. (Ordered Karaikudi Chicken Masala) Only complaint was the silverware in the bowl on the tables wasn't very clean and no glasses were provided to use the water jug on the table.

We went here for dinner and called for Anjappar chicken- it was nice but nothing special, it had normal apices like homemade chicken. Karaijudi chicken biryani- it was tasty spicy but was very oily. Chettinad vegetable kurma- wasnt good at all, it was all white without any spice, dont know what was it made off but it was all bland, not worth having even for once. Filter Coffee- Not as expected Mango Lassi- Some one ordered and got it but we didnt ?? It has alot of seating space, good service. the staff is very cooperative

Nice place, good ambiance and amazing food. This has just become one of my most favorite restaurant in Frisco. Frisco doesn’t have many good Indian restaurants. This is certainly one place you should try.

Visited on 19th May 2021 for dinner. First time visiting here. Surprisingly the food was yummy, no complaints. But, we waited for someone to take the order for nearly 25 minutes and received food after 25 minutes. The food was fresh, hot and yummy ?? so no complaints ??. I talked with the staff at the counter and he was kind and asked us to visit again to try the Biriyani during weekends ??. Good food ????.

Good for Tamil style food. Went for some light dinner . Had ghee podi dosa , onion uttapam and mushroom 65. Food was good and after placing order it came in decent wait time. In mid of the week the place was decently busy. Staff was lil slow which need improvement . We had to wait a long time to place our order and similarly to pay our bill too.

Ordered chettinad chicken fry, boneless mutton masala and mutton seeraga samba biryani(must try) and parata regular and nool parata… amazing taste… especially parathas and samba biryani… will try again. Best chettinad flavors. Wished they have buffet for sunday lunch

The food here was great. The curry's and Naan were cooked perfecear. The curry's were flavorful. If you like it spicy, I would highly recommend telling them to add it prior. Their service was great as well. Would recommend to come here and eat.

Have forgotten the number of times I have visited this place. Vazhai Izhai Parotta, biryani and kuzhi paniyaram are my favorites. And the price is quite reasonable.

Was there today evening for dinner and had the podi dosa. It was very nice. The place seems to have quite a large menu for both veg and non-veg, even though they say Chettinad cuisine they seem to be having other Indian cuisines also.

Food taste is good and service is okay. No food menu's on the table and alcohol is very expensive...not worth it to buy here.

This is Biryani heaven! Delectable spices ,use of the finest quality ingredients, and consistent good taste over the years is a staple at Anjappar. I would also recommend trying out their Jigar Thanda.

Who comes to Plano & not eat Anjappar biryani? If you haven't then you must catch the next flight to relish their biryani. I don't think anyone serves biryani as quick as they do.I packed 10 boxes for my close ones back home, they all went crazy.

If you have been in Chennai and had chettinad food, you get the similar experience in Plano... Probably as close as it can get in lieu of the real deal.. Eat with hands and you even have a hand wash place to give you the same vibe as home... Highly recommended for lunch time meals... Also plan on not working after unless you caffeine up...

Everything is big in Texas. This quote is so true and u realize it when ur in anjappar in texas. Onion pakkoda a single plate 3 people can eat. Chicken 65 was such a large portion and easily 3 can eat. In chenai , u get only 6 small pieces mind you. The difference is huge. And there is not much of variance in taste between chennai and texas anjappar s .

first off i only put five star to get attention but i’m reality its a NO STAR restaurant. horrible food. everything is either spicy or tasteless. absolutely pathetic service!!! the server doesn’t even fulfil your requests and ignores you. you also need to wait for literal 50 minutes!! no cleanliness—plates, spoons and fork were sooooo dirty!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE.

Ordered Chilli Bajji , karaikudi chk dry , mutton biryani and chicken biryani . karaikudi chk dry was just awesome and timeless while biryanis tasted good with authentic chettinad flavor liked the ambience and service was quick and friendly . Totally loved this place will visit often .
