Finally got to try the food everyone is raving about…. And it did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and served beautifully. Staff was extremely helpful. As someone with celiacs, it’s not always easy to find a large list of items to choose from, so I was pleasantly surprised and will be going back often! Oh- and definitely make sure you hit that dessert menu ??

Tried this place once and now I AM IN LOVEE and the food there is FIREE!!!! They messed up one of our orders (didn’t even realize ??) and offered to change it and remake it but we denied. Yet after that, they gave us free naan and some sauce that was literally AMAZING!! 10/10 shi was fire!! Staff was so kind and respectful, literally best people ever imo. I returned there a 2nd time with another family member who’s a bit picky but he LOVED it too. Y’all need to go if y’all wanna try some AMAZING Indian food!!!!! ??????????

We stumbled upon a gem after 3 hours of driving, 3 hours of flying on our way from Florida (Orlando) to Atlantic City. Angara lives up to all the fireworks its name intended. Amazing options, food quality, and service in a cute antique style but homely restaurant. Sandy provided spot on suggestions that tingled our palates on both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian appetites. Highlights on menu we had was Palak (Spinach) Chaat, Gobi (cauliflower) Manchurian (spice lvl altered for little ones just perfectly), bullet naan (spicy but spot on again), angaari lamb masala (highest spice lvl requested and swear on my forehead didn’t disappoint at all). Recommend folks to try this place out either for dine in, take out or catering. Photo speaks for itself on left overs ??

I got the Seekh kabobs which sizzled like a fajita...the vegetables with it...gorgeous...I also got the paneer....such a comfort dish on a cold day. It's right next to the 9th St Light Rail. I highly recommend popping in if you are traveling via light rail. Take it to go if that's all you have time for. It's a beautiful restaurant but its got a friendly casual vibe so you can juat drop in for a drink...an appetizer...take out or dine in. Yesterday, we visited a restaurant and ordered the Maharaja drink and garlic tikka. The drink was incredibly flavorful, with a perfect balance of tajin and garlic tikka is so fresh and tase is flawless.We were so impressed that we ordered three drinks, each with a unique balance of flavors. We can't wait to visit again!

This place is amazing. The vibe is upscale, great attentive staff, and most of all the food. Absolutely delicious. I like Indian food and have tried many places but this one takes the cake. Making it my go to dinner spot for friends and family.

The best Indian food around. I used to go to India square in Jersey city to get my food and order from but after finding this gem im only getting it from there. Food is absolutely amazing and with great service the experience is amazing. Plus a full bar... cant beat it.

We stumbled upon a gem after 3 hours of driving, 3 hours of flying on our way from Florida (Orlando) to Atlantic City. Angara lives up to all the fireworks its name intended. Amazing options, food quality, and service in a cute antique style but homely restaurant. Sandy provided spot on suggestions that tingled our palates on both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian appetites. Highlights on menu we had was Palak (Spinach) Chaat, Gobi (cauliflower) Manchurian (spice lvl altered for little ones just perfectly), bullet naan (spicy but spot on again), angaari lamb masala (highest spice lvl requested and swear on my forehead didn’t disappoint at all). I got the Seekh kabobs which sizzled like a fajita...the vegetables with it...gorgeous...I also got the paneer....such a comfort dish on a cold day. It's right next to the 9th St Light Rail. I highly recommend popping in if you are traveling via light rail. Take it to go if that's all you have time for. It's a beautiful restaurant but its got a friendly casual vibe so you can juat drop in for a drink...an appetizer...take out or dine in. Empyrean bistro is my new favorite place to get Indian food in the Hoboken/Jersey City areas. First of all the restaurant is beautiful and I personally think it's in a great location. Secondly, the staff was very friendly. Last but not least the food was very tasteful and felt like authentic Indian. They give out free Papper and we got the golguppa, tandoori chicken and fish biryani. Everything was delicious and definitely satisfied my tandoori crave. Prices are reasonable. This should be the go to spot of Indian cuisines!

Best Indian food we’ve had in New Jersey. They ask what spice level you prefer which is great. Excellent and friendly waiter. We found our new favorite place for Indian food. We ordered chicken vindaloo, aloo gobi, palak paneer and samosa for appetizer. Pistachio kulfi and ajar halaa for desert.

This place was really good. Although the dining area didn't have many people, they say their busiest time is on weekends. They do offer takeout, and while we ate their several people come in to pick up their takeout. My wife is not being in to curry or spicy food.But you really enjoyed it as well.We'll definitely go back

We're extremely grateful to have chosen Empyreans Bistro and Bar for dinner. After a 14-hour drive from out of state, we are 13, including elderly and kids, was thrilled with the exceptional service. Our family follows a strict vegetarian diet and very demanding , and the staff, particularly the gentleman from Nepal, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From parking to taking our order, the service was flawless. We appreciated the attention to detail and genuine hospitality we never saw like this before. He shows respect in every step of the way he speaks to us, and that's really something remarkable

Haven't had a chance to dine in but Aangara has become our go to for takeout Indian. Butter chicken seems to be a big favorite in this house and my personal favorite is the Lamb Rogan Josh Indian hot!! The nan is also great to soak up all those wonderful sauces.

This was one of the best meals. The samosa tasted homemade and the lunch platter was huge! And delicious.

?????????? Empyrean Kitchen – Hoboken, NJ Had an amazing dining experience at Imperial Kitchen! We tried the mutton biryani, which was rich, aromatic, and perfectly cooked. The chicken kebab fried momos were a standout — crispy on the outside and flavorful inside. The butter chicken with naan was creamy, comforting, and absolutely delicious. To end on a sweet note, we had Gulab jamun & Cassata for dessert — both were indulgent and the perfect finish to the meal. Great food, warm service, and a lovely ambiance. Definitely a must-visit spot in Hoboken for Indian food lovers. Will be coming back again!

The food here was absolutely delicious, and we had such a great time overall. The service was truly top-notch. The owner personally checked on us and made sure we were taken care of, which made the experience feel extra special. The place itself is beautiful. It is very spacious, with a thoughtfully decorated interior that really adds to the atmosphere. Everything from the food to the service to the setting came together perfectly. I enjoyed it very much and would definitely recommend it!

Empyrean Kitchen in Hoboken is such a great find! I absolutely loved their momos — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and really satisfying. The drinks were equally impressive, refreshing and well-balanced, making the whole experience even better. The vibe is nice and the food feels thoughtfully made. A must go! The food was so good, service exceptional and the place itself is beautiful. Note they take a break from 3:30-5, we had no idea and they still accommodated us ?? So nice
