Rated 5.0 My son was seen by Dr. Parsons at the SteeleCreek location and I absolutely LOVE him and the staff there. He is very passionate and takes the time to explain EVERYTHING. My son had to have tubes put in his ears and other things and the morning of his surgery, when Dr. Parsons came into the room, my son was sleeping. Dr. Parsons said he prayed for my son the night before and asked if we wanted to pray before he took him back. I could go on and on about Dr. Parsons but to sum it up, he is an AWESOME doctor and I have been telling everyone about him.

Rated 5.0 With all the negative reviews on here, I just have to say that I have been very happy with the service at the Southpark office and have been going there for years. Dr. Joshua Levine is a great doctor, as are most of the others and I have been happy with the service of the staff as well. I have not usually had to wait long, but some days are better than others--just as it is with any medical office. I think they do a really good job with the volume of people they serve.

Rated 4.0 Dr.Brian Gibson....simply loved the doctor!!! Had wax removal from ears..it was really painful but the. Dr.Gibson made the process real smooth!! Moreover the lady on the reception..Lisa was way to patient and cooperative. I had some problem with insurance but she was too patient to handle everything... Giving one less star because of the wait time.yes you have to wait a lot. So plan ahead because you might have to spend some time there..but all in all..liked it...

Rated 4.0 Excellent doctors and nurses. I have gotten great treatment from Hunter Hoover, who specializes in allergies and sinus surgery as well as Dr. Ron Melton (Doctor of Optometry). They do have good services on glasses (good selection) and contacts although they seem overrun with people also waiting. Their phone voice mail system can drive one crazy, but it's still 1 of the best places to go for eye and sinus issues.
