Vinay and Aparna performed at my mother's 75th surprise birthday party last month. They made the event very lively. We had informed them that Dev Anand was one of the favorite actors of my mom. Vinay did some mimicry acting like Dev Anand and also told some stories around him which were unknown for most audience. This was in addition to their singing and came as another surprise for my mom and all guests. I had some games planned during the event which did not happen because the party did run somewhat out of schedule. However, I would still give them 5 stars since the main intention of the games was to engage guests and they were kept engaged anyway. We got good feedback from several guests that the party ran very nice and a lot of credit does go to Vinay and Aparna. We would highly recommend the duo.

Vinay and Aparna know how to light up a party! Recently they managed the sequencing of performances in our event and it was great! The whole 4-hour felt fluid and entertaining. Both are great singers and Vinay can do some impersonations as well. lol. So I definitely recommend them for entertainment in your events!

Aparna and Vinay, both singers of this group are fantastic. We had their musical program in last weekend. About 175 people attended it and everybody loved their singing. Friends giving and a mehfil that will be truly remembered due the efforts of Vinay and Aparna from Mehete Sur. They had a unique way to become one of us (mind you we are middle school friends in our fifties) getting us all involved and even getting people with two left feet dance away. They both have great voices and more so the warmth and love they sing with. The range of songs from 1950 to 2022 they covered favourites and they truly became the jaan of our get together. Aparna and Vinay performed at our daughter's Roka ceremony. One of the unique things was, since our son-in-law to be is Malyalli, we requested a malyalli song, and the two did an outstanding job! Vinay recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party and we all had a blast. He is a really good dj and anchor. He took great care to get to know us and curated the event as per my preference and played my daughter’s favorite songs. My 5 yr old enjoyed a full 4 hr event and dint get tired all thanks to him. He handled the entire event with ease and the crowd loved him. He had all the kids on the floor , conducted games for us and finally all adults also had a great time on the dance floor. It’s tricky to handle a kids party and entertain kids and adults alike. Can’t recommend him enough. ??

Mehekte Sur Jodi was more than just singing. They coordinated a very personalized theme and engaged the crowd. Babyshowers are usually games and all but this added a little variety to the event

The price is very reasonable compared to all other Dj’s and Emcee’s services out there. Vinay was great hosting our event did great job entertaining the crowd. The song selections were also great. Attended a 75th birthday part for a doctor friend and Mehekte Sur was the entertainer. We were all on the floor for over 2 hours on their Live singing and did not even feel the need for a DJ. DJ Pawan is simply the best. Would give 10 stars if I could. We used his company for DJ, lighting, and emcee services for our Sangeet, baraat, wedding, and reception in Asheville. He was very easy to work with, incredibly responsive, flexible throughout the entire process, and clearly very organized. It was also clear he has a tremendous amount of experience with being a wedding DJ. We wanted a mix of Bollywood, Bhangra, South Indian, hip hop, and pop music which he integrated seamlessly. He also was great at reading the crowd, adjusting appropriately. I will tell you that both nights of our wedding were absolutely lit and that can be largely attributed to Pawan’s mastery of his craft. Many of our friends and family came up to us throughout the night and afterwards to tell us how great the DJ was. On top of it all, the lighting, cold sparklers, smoke machine, and other services he provides added so much to the effects and vibe. He had several options for photo booths as well. Every option he provided us, he was honest and tried to match with what we wanted for our wedding instead of attempting to sell us the most expensive option. Deejay Money was also very great, easy to work with, very nice, and helped to keep the energy up. In summary, there is simply no better choice for your wedding than hiring Pawan’s team. It was one of the best decisions we made.
