We had our wedding in October, 2020 and we could not be happier with our DJ crew. The Kurani Brothers are truly a magical duo when it comes to DJ and entertainment. They pour their heart and soul in making sure that every event is so personal and perfect. Raj spent countless hours on the phone leading up to the event to find out more about what was meaningful for me and my wife (from where to start the baraat to which songs are meaningful to us). There was a particular song during the actual wedding ceremony that meant a lot to us and Raj went out of his way to find that song and coordinate it with the Maharaj to make that happen. In addition, our Baraat was so lit because of the work that Raj and Jay put in. It felt like they were part of the event and dancing along with us while having so much fun themselves. Their music collection and execution was so pristine and they know what songs to play and when to play it to cheer the crowd along. We had guests afterwards come to us to especially compliment the music and ask if they could have a copy of the playlist. Jay was an all-star MC who made sure to keep moving the event along but at the same time, never sacrificing on announcing the highlights of the event. Raj is extraordinary at doing his dance-along bit where he will gather the entire crowd and make them dance to particular moves. Raj and Jay' s professionalism cannot be described in words. They were punctual, flexible, thorough, and delivered everything that we had talked about. We have been to many weddings and events where the dance floor fizzles out and that was one of our biggest fears with the dance floor opening at approximately 9 PM and going till 11:30 PM when our event ended BUT THEY HAD THE DANCE FLOOR BUMPING FROM THE MOMENT IT OPENED TILL THE TIME THE VENUE KICKED US OUT! Before the events, we discussed the type of music we enjoyed dancing to and what we found annoying on the dance floor, like when DJs constantly remix Bollywood songs at the beat drop, making it hard for people to sing along or dance properly, which can lead to a loss of interest. DJ RKG is the man, and one of the most professional vendors I’ve worked with. He DJed my North Indian x South Indian x Jewish wedding celebration of 400+ people. Here’s what makes RKG a great DJ: Accessible & communicative - DJ RKG always responded to my questions and requests immediately, even when he was traveling. He was willing to jump on a call whenever needed. I always felt like a priority, though I know he had lots of other things on his plate. Adaptable - As is true with any wedding, things evolved during the months leading up to the event and even the night before the event. Rahul was willing to make a change with no fuss, and even provided advice on event flow, MCing, etc when we needed it. Trustworthy & Resourceful - When we needed additional mics or screens, Rahul was able to source quotes and options for us. He helped us find a dhol player who was fantastic and knew how to work a crowd, at a very fair rate. Even when I needed help with things completely unrelated to DJing like decor, DJ RKG provided reputable recommendations. He showed up ahead of time and ready to go. Fun - DJ RKG lit up the dance floor. He knew the exact right music to play - we got compliments from our guests on the music choices. He offered the opportunity for us to come up to the DJ booth. Elite Events literally rocked the house (and neighborhood) at our at home Sangeet and left our reception guests calling us for 2 weeks after saying they have never danced so hard before. The entertainment and DJ are what make a reception, and Elite Events gave us not only a night we'll remember forever but our guests will as well. The production level of everything from the MC to the music to the LED screens and fireworks was spectacular in quality and organization. The staff was extremely professional and can't thank them enough. We ran out of seating as more people showed than RSVP'ed and the crew was quick to take action in moving the intros along and open up the dance floor to manage the people logistics for us. I have also never seen a sober reception that kept the dance floor packed from 9pm to 2am with almost 600 people, but Elite Events did it. I can not thank you enough for the most memorable night, it was like a movie. As time has past, our reception is still one of top events for our guests, and these guys made it happen.

Hands down the best DJ/host we’ve had at any event! The baby shower games were so creative—photo trivia, green light red light, baby charades—each one was a total crowd-pleaser and nothing like the usual stuff. Friends giving and a mehfil that will be truly remembered due the efforts of Vinay and Aparna from Mehete Sur. They had a unique way to become one of us (mind you we are middle school friends in our fifties) getting us all involved and even getting people with two left feet dance away. Attended a 75th birthday part for a doctor friend and Mehekte Sur was the entertainer. We were all on the floor for over 2 hours on their Live singing and did not even feel the need for a DJ. The best thing was that they were on the flooor dancing with us. I have never seen anything like this before.

Vinay recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party and we all had a blast. He is a really good dj and anchor. He took great care to get to know us and curated the event as per my preference and played my daughter’s favorite songs. My 5 yr old enjoyed a full 4 hr event and dint get tired all thanks to him. He handled the entire event with ease and the crowd loved him. He had all the kids on the floor , conducted games for us and finally all adults also had a great time on the dance floor. Met this husband and wife duo at a friends 50th Birthday party. Wife being a Doctor and Husband being a Senior Director, on weekends, you can see them following their passion. And this is precisely what makes them different from others. I was quite impressed the way they handled and managed the entire event. We first set a date with the hall and needed a DJ and other vendors ASAP but didnt want our wedding to look or feel cheap/rushed. i had two DJs recommended to me by the hall manager .. i messaged both and DJ Raj got back to me right awayy. He is extremely professional and patient and will inquire of alll your personal preferences (music genre, lighting, effects, etc). Additionally he introduced us to our AMAZING wedding planner/coordinator Rohit Baxit who helped us out with a ton of other vendors we needed in such a short amount of time. Raj and Rohit worked with our budget and I am so grateful to have found individuals that showed us they truly cared instead of business. As a bride it was daunting to think my fiancee and I were gonna get ripped off or the quality of service would not live up to expectations. Raj delivered on quality, service and pricepoint!!! These guys were true professionals before, during and after my event last week. It must be mentioned that they were hired only two weeks before the event but this did not get in the way of the exceptional service that was provided by their entire team. From the super responsive WhatsApp group and calls to the Zoom calls to catering to every playlist and last minute song choice we made to arranging for a projector two hours before the event, they truly went above and beyond our expectations. During the party, I was struck by the flow that was maintained in spite of some delays on our end. There was not one dull moment since the music started. Sagar, Raj and Jai made sure that everyone was engaged and on their feet and dancing the entire time. The crowd motivating by Raj made even the most reluctant dancers come on to the floor. He is an exceptional dancer. The dhol added a wonderful touch to the proceedings. The games that they organized were super fun and engaging too. All along, Sagar kept checking with me to tweak things here and there. I truly appreciated that he kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone at our party mentioned to us that this was a party to remember and I think their team deserves all the credit for this. We will definitely only hire them for all of our future events.

We had Kurani for our son's wedding in Buffalo, NY on July long weekend. Wow, what an experience. All the Baratis loved them particularly Akash and Raj. Raj made almost everybody dance who apparently never had danced before. What a crowd motivator. Almost all the 210 people raved and inquired about them. One of them have already planned to book them for his son's wedding in Florida next year. We have also passed on their name to fair number of people. They were extremely professional. Not a single complaint. Interestingly after the Sangeet function, I met them informally. So much down to earth crew. They wanted guidance for future life. Anu was also nice and very systematic in planning. Highly recommend them without any reservation. Will hire again if needed.

DJ Raj and his team were engaged for the CRY gala Crystal Plaza in Livingston, NJ. This team is superb! They kept the 175 people - full house audience completely engaged and rocked our gala. Their sound system, lights, speakers and all other equipment is of top notch quality. DJ Raj’s choice of music that fits his audience is outstanding. The last hour and a half of dancing was the highlight of the evening and all the guests had a terrific time swinging to their tunes and moves. We hired them for my brother's vaalima a few weeks ago and they exceeded our expectations. It was the team of DJ Parth and his partner Yash. They arrived on time and went over their plan with me for the event. They coordinated with me before and during the event. We did not have any issues with them. DJ Raj was my initial contact and he went through the initial steps of working with a DJ and answered any questions I had going back months before the vaalima, which gave me so much reassurance and confidence that we hired the right people. I would highly recommend hiring Kurani Studios for your next event; they were great to work with. They will exceed your expectations.

Enjoyed having Kurani Studios work with my family and I to be the DJ and MC for my brothers wedding. They met with us numerous amount of times to go over the details of this event, including gojng over the schedule in detail. They also offered a great package deal to provide the audio equipment for the ceremony/cocktail hour and DJ and MC services for the reception, beating out many other companies. Our family had particular traditions/customs for the wedding and our MC Jay Kurani, DJ Axar, and Event planner Anu, were very attentive of our needs, and made sure they followed everything we requested. Extremely happy with our services. Will use again!

We hired kurani studios last weekend for our baby shower function and i would like to thank the entire team DJ anmol ,MC Jay and the event coordinator yutika, because of you guys our function went smoothly and we had loads of fun. Our Mc Jay really did a wonderful job he really made sure everyone of our guest were enjoying and made sure they were having a good time and DJ Anmol the song he played were perfectly suited of all the different types of things we planned so than you guys for making our babyshower function even more special with all your hard work.

We first were introduced to DJ Raj and Akash at a friend’s engagement party. We immediately knew that we wanted them to MC/DJ our wedding. We were not disappointed in the slightest. We have been to many weddings and parties and he might be the best DJ we’ve ever had. If we ever throw another party in the area we will use him for sure. Akash was a fantastic MC as well. Our event planner was Anu and she was very patient with all of the wedding chaos (including our delay in writing the review). We cannot begin to tell you how many compliments we received on the music and the dance floor (and how many compliments we are still receiving). I am not exaggerating when I say the dance floor was packed for the full 3 hours it was open. We highly recommend working with all three of them. You will not regret it.

JP Stevens PTSO had organized Project Grad party on June 17th. We took DJ service from Kurani Studio. Their team is excellent. Their event Planner Anu and DJ Axar and Jaymit did a great job. They handled crowd of about 300 young seniors very well. Kids didn't leave dance floor till the party ended. Not a single time we had to give any instructions or any suggestions. They knows their job very well. I highly recommend to take their DJ service for all your events. Their price is very reasonable, I would say best compare to any other good DJ in town.

Kurani Studio and their team are an example of what professionalism should be like, from day 1 they were responsive to our questions and they customized the event to our choice. Akash did a fantastic job at our baby shower. His DJ/MC skills pleased all of our guest and kept them engrossed in the event. We highly recommend this team!.

These guys are great. They were in touch with us from the beginning all the way to the end and even after that for our event. MC kash was our point of contact for the whole event and he was available 24/7 anytime we needed him. We had so many last minute itinerary changes and Kurani Studios accommodated them all. Our wedding reception was a hit and EVERYONE loved the DJ, his choice of music as well as the Energy both the DJ, MCs and Dholi’s brought for our wedding reception. If we have any other events they will be handled by Kurani studios. PS: they even surprised us with a dance performance in our reception

Excellent Entertainment services for all types of events ! The planning, coordination and execution was great ! Special thanks to Anu, their coordinator who was great in going above and beyond to accomdate the requirements and customize the party for us. The DJ knew how to cater to his audience. He did an excellent job in keep it a mix of western and bollywood music and pulled it off every single time when things didn't go as planned.

Our Sweet 16 Party was super Duper hit. Words will not be enough to praise the whole Kurani team, they make sure each and everything goes perfect from beginning to end. They organize the whole event very professionally, entertain every individual to the fullest with music, light & dances. They know how to lead an awesome party and treat us like family.
