He also only played a few of my husbands songs from his playlist. The songs he did choose were often inappropriate for my audience , with expletives. Low by Flo Rida was an example of this. For these reasons my husband and father were actively upset with the music during the reception. In addition, he was very slow to respond and didn't call my father back at all for example. He also charged 50$ per each remix of one piece of music and needed all the points where to mix the songs, so we made the mixes ourselves. I did try to relay this privately but got no response until this review. He did respond and apologize for the items mentioned, therefore I’ll update to 3 stars.

Hired DJ Sodhi for our reception and he was a total hit!! He made sure to play the right songs for our entrances (and last song of the night). We used DJ Kash for our wedding sangeet a few weeks ago. He did an excellent job leading the mobile baraat and the sangeet itself too. Our wedding was Fusion – Indian/American, and Kash did a great job getting everyone out on the dance floor. Kash was professional, communicative, and kind from the day we first reached out, the weeks leading up to the event, the event itself, and even the days following. He executed our detailed timeline very well. We would recommend Kash for future events, especially Indian/American ones.

I was so thrilled to have found DJ Kash to help make our Sangeet a memorable experience for everyone! I found him through instagram, as one of the premier South Asian DJ's in the triangle area, and after listening to his sets, I knew he would be the perfect fit for our event. MC Sorab , was very enthusiastic since the time we contacted him, arranged things for the wedding as we wanted and went far and beyond to satisfy our needs On the day of the Reception he brought that positive energy to the party, engaged all the guests and felt like a family member to all our guests, all the guests loved his work, he ran the show for 3-4 hours. I have never seen such a great MC (and I have been to parties with the most popular dj’s and Mc) DJ Krishna played a nice mix and his team was also very lively. With their kind of work, they have a very very bright future ahead. I would highly recommend them for any occasion.

Our wedding would not nearly be as lively as it was without Sorab, Krishna, and team! They worked with us months in advance to make our day as perfect as possible. It'd be an understatement to say they went above and beyond. Not only did they work with us, the bride & groom, but they also helped carry out a secret dance performance and accompanying videos with our families abroad! They worked with the camera and video crew to ensure we got the best shots with the perfect audio volume intake. Even with the craziest last minute changes to the agenda, they were very receptive and were able to handle it without any issues. The music was fantastic. We asked for a blend of modern english, modern hindi, and traditional Armenian music; with just those suggestions, they were able to put together a playlist that made everyone get on the dance floor - both young and old. Our venue had limited space for the guests to dance and the music to play, but Sorab and his crew not only made it work but made it so much fun. We had a substantial number of guests who had never been to a baraat before but they caught the energy from Shirose, and we lost count of the number of people who told us afterwards how great a time they had. They provided audio equipment and music services for the Hindu wedding ceremony as well, and they did an equally phenomenal job. Our events started relatively early in the morning, but everyone at Shirose made the drive and got things rolling right on time. We can’t recommend them enough!

Shirose is great. Threw a party for my dad’s 50th and I had Jaimin as the MC, Krishna as the DJ. They did absolutely great and got everyone engaged. They swapped within Hindi, Telugu, and English. Jaimin did really good job of getting the crowd situated and made sure the games and events were smooth.

Shirose Entertainment and DJ Ehta were a pleasure to work with. My club at Rutgers University hosted a charity formal where we hired Shirose Entertainment and we were blown away. DJ Ehta knew exactly how to get the crowd excited and made sure everyone was having a good time. Attended a 75th birthday part for a doctor friend and Mehekte Sur was the entertainer. We were all on the floor for over 2 hours on their Live singing and did not even feel the need for a DJ. Vinay recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party and we all had a blast. He is a really good dj and anchor. He took great care to get to know us and curated the event as per my preference and played my daughter’s favorite songs. My 5 yr old enjoyed a full 4 hr event and dint get tired all thanks to him. He handled the entire event with ease and the crowd loved him. He had all the kids on the floor , conducted games for us and finally all adults also had a great time on the dance floor. We had invited the group “Mehekte Sur” for my in-laws 50th marriage anniversary celebrations. Husband wife duo were fantastic singers. They sang old Hindi Bollywood songs, as well as Marathi, Gujrati and Bengali. Truly versatile singers who could sing old and new songs both.
