Hands down the best DJ/host we’ve had at any event! The baby shower games were so creative—photo trivia, green light red light, baby charades—each one was a total crowd-pleaser and nothing like the usual stuff. Friends giving and a mehfil that will be truly remembered due the efforts of Vinay and Aparna from Mehete Sur. They had a unique way to become one of us (mind you we are middle school friends in our fifties) getting us all involved and even getting people with two left feet dance away. Attended a 75th birthday part for a doctor friend and Mehekte Sur was the entertainer. We were all on the floor for over 2 hours on their Live singing and did not even feel the need for a DJ. The best thing was that they were on the flooor dancing with us. I have never seen anything like this before.

Vinay recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party and we all had a blast. He is a really good dj and anchor. He took great care to get to know us and curated the event as per my preference and played my daughter’s favorite songs. My 5 yr old enjoyed a full 4 hr event and dint get tired all thanks to him. He handled the entire event with ease and the crowd loved him. He had all the kids on the floor , conducted games for us and finally all adults also had a great time on the dance floor. They sang old Hindi Bollywood songs, as well as Marathi, Gujrati and Bengali. Truly versatile singers who could sing old and new songs both. Over this past Memorial Day weekend (May 26, 2024) I gave my mom a surprise birthday party for her 75th. Pre-planned everything a month ahead of time. Vinay recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party and we all had a blast. He is a really good dj and anchor. He took great care to get to know us and curated the event as per my preference and played my daughter’s favorite songs. My 5 yr old enjoyed a full 4 hr event and dint get tired all thanks to him. He handled the entire event with ease and the crowd loved him. He had all the kids on the floor , conducted games for us and finally all adults also had a great time on the dance floor. It’s tricky to handle a kids party and entertain kids and adults alike. Can’t recommend him enough

Friends giving and a mehfil that will be truly remembered due the efforts of Vinay and Aparna from Mehete Sur. They had a unique way to become one of us (mind you we are middle school friends in our fifties) getting us all involved and even getting people with two left feet dance away. Aparna and Vinay performed at our daughter's Roka ceremony. One of the unique things was, since our son-in-law to be is Malyalli, we requested a malyalli song, and the two did an outstanding job! This is one amazing Jodi! We connected so well in the initial conversation regarding my event, that I just had to find a way to make it work for them to sing in Chicago for my friends and family. We are big music enthusiasts so having them at our event really energized everyone in the room, from my 2 year old to my father in law and his senior friends. Also, we have the same Indian background so they planned some extremely special touches - from singing Konkani and Marathi bhajans to bless my daughter, to dancing alongside my mom while singing some grandma-grandkid songs, and chatting it up with my father-in-law and friends in Marathi. I recently attended an event where Mehekte Sur performed. Vinay has great sense of music, his anchoring is phenomenal and Aparna’s voice will take you back to the Bollywood retro era. I highly recommend this duo for your celebrations.

Kaushal has a melodious voice, excellent choice of songs and hi end technology (speakers, acoustic) to go with it. He is a versatile singer can sing both old and new songs of all genres very well. Overall experience is awesome. You don't want the show to end ever!!

DJ Raaga is a great DJ. He provided his services at our Sweet 16th Ceremony and it was flawless. The music and selection of songs for dancing was very good and was appealing to both teens and young adults.

DJ Raaga is a great DJ. His prices are so reasonable and his quality is amazing. He helped us out for our wedding ceremony music as well as our reception music. He did a goos job with both and he was very willing to learn about the South indian (tamil) traditions to accommodate out needs and play the songs necessary for our wedding. Highly recommend DJ Raaga

We had DJ Raaga for my daughters wedding and reception. He is really good and available any time before the event and had quite a few meeting with him for song song selection and planning. He is really good in the tamil and telugu songs too. We recommend him and we will definitely use him for future events.

I watched and thoroughly enjoyed the African Special Virtual Concert that Mehekte Sur did. Loved how the session was entertaining and at the sametime informative too. Aparna's rendition of the Swahili Song was outstanding!
