We reached out to Matt (Desi Beatz Entertainment) after seeing him perform at a couple of family parties. Matt was responsive to our initial request for quote. He walked us through the process and provided a fair cost for his services. He came out promptly to perform a site survey. On the day of the event Matt was on time and had all his setup ready to go before the guests arrived. Lights, Sound, Music and the Photo Booth were all a hit! Whatever I say is not enough for how accomadating and proffessional Kabir is. From the first call, he was super friendly, responsive and willing to help make the event the way we want it. I think we had a pretty complex evening with need for live streaming, some pre recorded speeches and need for projector, but he made it seem all natural and simple. He was in touch with me and my brother regarding multitude of itenary changes during the evening and really just went with the flow. As for the music and lights, amazing. High quality speakers, greating lighting, awesome fog machine and great beats thru the whole night, he was also playing all special request songs all evening. Wow, wow, wow, and one more time for the people in the back: WOW!!! DJ Kabir was everything and more we could have hoped for (and I was a wedding DJ for a spell so the expectations were high). We had a DIY reception-only affair (courthouse wedding last year), so we were looking for the music to not just be a mood setter, but capture bits of ourselves and our families. We wanted a little bit of all the good stuff, so much so it was almost hard to nail down a playlist. What would work, what won’t? Whats too niche or too new or to old gahhh!! This is where Kabir came in. His kind and warm demeanor really made us feel we were in good hands. He was available for any questions and was even kind enough to do a site visit beforehand. And then the day came. Firstly, what a set up! The lighting, the ambience! Secondly, what care! Kabir indulged us with a garba set that was supposed to be 15 miniutes and went 30. And then, MC Ishpreet! What an addition to the party. As Kabir tore up the floor, Ish’s dhol just amped up to the max. And what else to say? We danced and danced and danced. Every song was a banger, every beat felt like the apex. He was wonderful to work with and personalized the playlist to include some of our favorites. He also attended the venue walkthroughs with us to help us plan the layout and also help us think through elements unrelated to audio. We danced for 3 straight hours and so did our guests ?across ages 3 to 80. Ankur, the dholi, brought in amazing energy and was a unique element to our reception. The lighting was great. ?The ?photo ?booth was very well done. The props were fun and there was something for everyone. We got the photos very soon after the event, and they are a great addition to the photos from our photographer.? Having Kabir and Ankur made all the difference to our celebrations. BEST DJ EVER for my Pakistani - Italian fusion wedding!! DJ Kabir is so friendly, cool and easy to work with. He made mixes for us from bollywood and western songs (not easy) for our dances and seamlessly played and blended a variety of songs at our wedding. There was not a dull moment on the dance floor. I am glad that I did not find it, otherwise I would never have of met Vinay and Aparna. I found Mehekte Sur as I was doing Google Searches. I flew them out from New Jersey and in all honesty, they did not disappoint. It was absolutely 100% the best decision for an entertainment vendor. Throughout the entire process Vinay and Aparna stayed in contact with me through texts and phone calls reassuring me that they will be here. Vinay & Aparna did an amazing job at Emceeing and crowd engagement. Their voices are fantastic with all the songs that they sang. I attended my friends birthday party and these modest, lovely couple have performed so well. They both are very pleasant to communicate and involved the audience very well . They brought all the audience into lively action with their beautiful singing and even senior citizens danced for the lovely tunes. DJ Pawan is simply the best. Would give 10 stars if I could. We used his company for DJ, lighting, and emcee services for our Sangeet, baraat, wedding, and reception in Asheville. He was very easy to work with, incredibly responsive, flexible throughout the entire process, and clearly very organized. It was also clear he has a tremendous amount of experience with being a wedding DJ. We wanted a mix of Bollywood, Bhangra, South Indian, hip hop, and pop music which he integrated seamlessly. I will tell you that both nights of our wedding were absolutely lit and that can be largely attributed to Pawan’s mastery of his craft. Many of our friends and family came up to us throughout the night and afterwards to tell us how great the DJ was. On top of it all, the lighting, cold sparklers, smoke machine, and other services he provides added so much to the effects and vibe. He had several options for photo booths as well. Every option he provided us, he was honest and tried to match with what we wanted for our wedding instead of attempting to sell us the most expensive option. Deejay Money was also very great, easy to work with, very nice, and helped to keep the energy up. In summary, there is simply no better choice for your wedding than hiring Pawan’s team. Flawlessly ran my husband and I’s Sangeet, Baraat, Wedding, and Reception. Phenomenal song choices and vibes all nights. He also perfectly adhered to the scheduled and chosen songs for specific segments and ceremonies. MC Raj was amazing and the hype he brought to the dance floor was awesome. We had Mehndi night for our daughter at Hyatt Rochester New York. DJ Raj entertainment was amazing, Professional, responsive, flexible and they had the best beats. MC Raj as amazing, great on the mic! The Dohl player got everyone on their feet and onto the dance floor. we didn’t know the DJ landscape but we got really lucky with this company. The MC, Vince, was an absolute maestro in engaging the audience. I had expressed my concerns prior to our event about our guests not feeling comfortable on the dance floor. Amazing timing and expressions while conducting the “Baraat on the horse”.. was training off and on soo required lot of flexibility and innovations which Raj was able to execute with supreme timing and enthusiasm!!! DJ Amlan was a superb complement to MC Raj as they both conducted our sangeet evening with a vigor and rhythm only to be seen in the movies.. but NO.. it was really for us.. Fabulous is an understatement!!!

Once again we want to thank JT and his team for working with us for the second year in a row. we booked him last year and we loved his style of music and DJing the way he interacted this year.
