I have been seeing Dr.Meenakshi for a couple of years. She is a very knowledgable ayurvedic practitioner. She is very compassionate, caring, and can diagnose and treat different conditions with ease. I would recommend her for consultation and for all ayurvedic therapies.

I would like to share my experience with Vd Meenakshi Gupta, a doctor of Ayurvedic Healing and owner of Ayurroots Ayurveda wellness , Plano . Vd Meenakshi is not only a very professional Ayurvedic doctor, but is the kindest and most compassionate person I have met, and takes as much time as necessary to determine what treatment will work for you. I am 38 years old and have been struggling with digestive issues for some time. I Had heard of Ayurvedic Healing, which is based on each individual’s doshas – but did not know any of the much details. I am a firm believer of natural healing, rather than Western medicine. And Vd Meenakshi taught me the benefit of Ayurvedic Healing. It is specifically designed for each person. I had a phone consultation with Vd Meenakshi By taking my history and talking to me for couple of hours, she was able to determine which are my dominant doshas and personalized a program for me – based on where my system is weak. I followed her detox (cleansing) program for 7 days – and have noticed a significant improvement in my digestion as well as a marked decrease in anxiety associated with health issue. I can’t say how thankful I am that I found AyurRoots. I had my initial consultation in September and have gone back for 2 reassessments as well as a SHIRODHARA + ABHYANGA treatment. Review Vaidya Meenakshi Gupta - she knows what she talks and she commits to what she can. I haven’t seen such a committed health professional so far. Very first and foremost thing is she has time for us. She patiently listens to us. She is always reachable by text/phone call. By then I already underwent few clinical procedures at local ortho clinics. Tried all possible treatment plans and no luck. That’s when a friend of mine suggested Vaidya Meenakshi Gupta. I’m strong believer of Ayurveda. Vaidya Meenakshi had put me on a schedule of therapies with oils and herbs. Within 4 months .. I was comfortable and after 2 more months .. there was an occasional pain and I was back to my normal routine. I went to Hawaii for a vacation with no signs of pain. That much change she brought in me. In March 2022, I underwent panchakarma procedure. It’s a long process .. not just popping 2-3 pills and dozing off. It was an 18 day process. She drafted out everything so meticulously and made me to execute the process without missing any single detail. Through out these 18 days she monitored me very closely. That process literally exhausted me, but now I’m bouncing back with energy. Nonetheless it made me to calm down and streamline my thought process. Also lost 7 lb in these 18 days. Very first and foremost thing is she has time for us. She patiently listens to us. She is always reachable by text/phone call. I love that fact .. that fact that gives me emotional support that “I am there for you .. don’t worry”. In 2021, I went to Ayur roots with severe back pain. By then I already underwent few clinical procedures at local ortho clinics. Tried all possible treatment plans and no luck. That’s when a friend of mine suggested Vaidya Meenakshi Gupta. I’m strong believer of Ayurveda. Vaidya Meenakshi had put me on a schedule of therapies with oils and herbs. Within 4 months .. I was comfortable and after 2 more months .. there was an occasional pain and I was back to my normal routine. I went to Hawaii for a vacation with no signs of pain. That much change she brought in me. In March 2022, I underwent panchakarma procedure. It’s a long process .. not just popping 2-3 pills and dozing off. It was an 18 day process. I highly recommend giving Ayuroots a try. Dr. Gupta is very caring, calming and knowledgeable. I came in with a blood disorder and residual symptoms from an H. Pylori infection. After a consultation and a diet and supplement regimen, my symptoms have subsided almost immediately. She is also great with kids. My daughter loves coming in to get treatments.

Hello all, I am from France. I have an autoimmune disorder and it was a challenge to keep my weight control coz of skyrocket thyroid values. Vd Meenakshi is not only a very professional Ayurvedic doctor, but is the kindest and most compassionate person I have met, and takes as much time as necessary to determine what treatment will work for you. I am 38 years old and have been struggling with digestive issues for some time. I struggled with a sinus infection for 2 months and with 2 different antibiotics with no luck. I came to Dr. Gupta and followed her guidelines and advice and within 3 days my infection started clearing up. It helped to much that I decided to make it a permanent part of my life.
