I recently decided to partake in the Panchakarma cleanse. Meenakshi is so experienced and knowledgeable. (14 years of formal training in India, and 25+ years of experience!) She was an excellent choice in helping me regain my health and vitality after 2 years of caregiving my husband with dementia. When he passed away, I knew it was time to make myself and my health a priority. I contacted Meenakshi and she got back to me right away. We discussed my goals and she sent me a detailed history intake form. From that, tailored my treatment protocol and cleanse schedule. She emailed me detailed PDFs outlining the process and followed up with a zoom call to review it with me and answer any questions. I purchased the needed supplements and dietary supplies and started within a few weeks. The cleanse was easy to follow and I wasn't hungry. Meenakshi stayed in touch with me as to symptoms and results and adjusted the protocol accordingly. I felt very cared for. I decided to have a daily panchakarma treatment for 4 days as part of the cleanse. It was a combination of Shirodhara, Herbal steam, and Abhyanga body massage, she tailored what I needed each day. The treatments were wonderful! The massage with the hot oil was so relaxing and much needed to recalibrate my nervous system after 2 years of stress. Very first and foremost thing is she has time for us. She patiently listens to us. She is always reachable by text/phone call. I love that fact .. that fact that gives me emotional support that “I am there for you .. don’t worry”. In 2021, I went to Ayur roots with severe back pain. By then I already underwent few clinical procedures at local ortho clinics. Tried all possible treatment plans and no luck. That’s when a friend of mine suggested Vaidya Meenakshi Gupta. I’m strong believer of Ayurveda. Vaidya Meenakshi had put me on a schedule of therapies with oils and herbs. Within 4 months .. I was comfortable and after 2 more months .. there was an occasional pain and I was back to my normal routine. I went to Hawaii for a vacation with no signs of pain. That much change she brought in me. In March 2022, I underwent panchakarma procedure. It’s a long process .. not just popping 2-3 pills and dozing off. It was an 18 day process. Hello all, I am from France. I have an autoimmune disorder and it was a challenge to keep my weight control coz of skyrocket thyroid values. Vd Meenakshi is not only a very professional Ayurvedic doctor, but is the kindest and most compassionate person I have met, and takes as much time as necessary to determine what treatment will work for you. I am 38 years old and have been struggling with digestive issues for some time. I Had heard of Ayurvedic Healing, which is based on each individual’s doshas – but did not know any of the much details. I am a firm believer of natural healing, rather than Western medicine. And Vd Meenakshi taught me the benefit of Ayurvedic Healing. It is specifically designed for each person. I had a phone consultation with Vd Meenakshi By taking my history and talking to me for couple of hours, she was able to determine which are my dominant doshas and personalized a program for me – based on where my system is weak. I followed her detox (cleansing) program for 7 days – and have noticed a significant improvement in my digestion as well as a marked decrease in anxiety associated with health issue. I am 90% feeling better already and I am looking forward to Vd meenakshi advice and encouragement as I learn the disciplines, not only of healthy eating – but a healthy life style. I was really impressed with the in depth knowledge of the Ayurveda practitioner Meenakshi Gupta who I did my consultation . She really has a strong desire to help people heal from their ailments. I truly feel after gone through many years of chronic pains of Arthritis and tried various treatments that coming to Pranaa and seeing Meenakshi that my search is over. I really got what I needed in terms of body, spirit healing. My pain level has drastically dropped from the level of 9 to 2 . I struggled with a sinus infection for 2 months and with 2 different antibiotics with no luck. I came to Dr. Gupta and followed her guidelines and advice and within 3 days my infection started clearing up. It helped to much that I decided to make it a permanent part of my life.
