Car Driving Schools for Beginners in Wayne, NJ

My friend suggested this driving school. Nitin was my trailer. He was on time to pick up from my place. I learned basics before classes. I needed few classes to get confidence to be able to drive on highways. But after one class with him I got to know so many things which I didn’t know. He is so good at teaching everything step by step. He responds very quickly even if we make any mistakes. Teaches everything with a smile ?? and encourages a lot, which gives so much of boost up. I’m so happy with their driving sessions.

Ms syeda was my instructor she made me feel comfortable behind the weel she is hard working with her work and actually she memorized me every thing ????i ll never forgot every step and and i askes many things again and again but she never mind it .i am highly recommended to new driver thanku so much.??????

My instructor was Rajesh Patel, and with him, I have learned new techniques about driving, though i was driving for 4yrs where I used to live in Pakistan. But with him, I learnt a lot of new techniques. Definitely should learn from him ?

I highly recommend Bala from Vision Driving School as your instructor if you are looking for one. I passed the driver's test in my first attempt. Bala is a great teacher. He makes you feel comfortable and give confidence which helps a lot in qualifying the test. His technique with parallel parking was amazing and easy to learn. He explains all possible scenarios of wrong parking and how to fix it. It only took me two lessons to master K-turns and parallel parking. Bala’s detailed and precise instructions on turning, parking and backing up made the driver's test very easy. It was a great experience with him.??

My son (Jayden) had the most positive and memorable driving experience with Jitendra. Jitendra was very patient, kind and had a great sense of humor. My son picked up driving so quickly and gained confidence immediately. Having a driving instructor that genuinely cares, has a good heart and patience, makes all the difference. As a parent sitting in the back seat during my son doing his hours, I was naturally nervous, but eventually found a level of calmness after watching how well my son was driving. Jitendra also reminded me of rules of the road and I took notes (it's been a long time since I got my license). 10/10! Very very happy to say I have just passed my exam with Vision Driving School!! Many thanks for your help!! :) I wanted a female driver, but they do not have one at this time. This however didn't matter, as Jitendra made me very comfortable from the first lesson! I am Irish, and I worried that I wouldn’t be able to understand Jitendra’s accent, but he was very easy to understand, and explained driving concepts and angles slowly and carefully, as well as through drawn examples of where I was going wrong, and how to correct it, so there was no need to worry at all! He was very quick to spot where I was going wrong with certain turns and with timing in particular. Immediately, he showed me where I was going wrong, and spent repeated time fixing a mistake before moving onto the next. Jitendra was very patient. He was never angry with me or yelling at me if I made a mistake. In my opinion this is the best driving school in the greater Edison area. They are great value for money! Once you complete your test he even drives you to the DMV to process your paperwork!! Very handy. I will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you for helping me pass my test ????????

3/2/2024 I had another session with sir Ramitjit Gill today and we took the highways. He really made me confident with taking the major highways and MERGING. ?? ?? Words are not enough to praise my driving instructor Bala, I had few issues with my driving technique which he helped me to identify and rectify the issue. He constantly provides feedback, explains signal etiquette what one should do/don’t, motivates and more importantly shows lots of patience as every one individual needs are different. Great experience with this school. VIJAY SINGH JI is a great instructor who I would 100% recommend if anyone is looking for driving lessons. I’m very grateful to Gaurang’s patience and guidance while preparing me for the road test. Initially I was very scared to learn driving so I took 2 hour session with him and frankly I’m very confident and he covered everything just within 2 hours..he thought me parallel parking and K-turn with just 3 steps and made it super easy.. my husband was not ready to send me to any class as he wanted me to learn from him as he was driving from last 20yrs?? but later he agreed and I took him along while I went to the class , later he too agreed it was my best decision and the instructor was very skilled, calm, friendly and best.. I’m super happy that I’m more confident now and would definitely recommend Gaurang to any one who’s looking for the driving classes.

I had an amazing experience with Vision Driving School! I took 5 lessons total, 2 hours each. My driving instructor's name is Bala. He was truly amazing! Great Communication and a ton of patience to teach. I struggled with figuring out how to parallel park and he gave me very useful tips and tricks to make the process smooth and successful! Also, I'm more comfortable speaking tamil, he allowed me to feel at ease learning everything in my mother tongue. He was also great with helping me unlearn the rules of driving in India, which is a difficult task indeed. We have been blessed with Ms Malika Ibrahim as my child's instructor. She is skillful, knowledgeable but most importantly patient, funny and approachable. She understands the student's anxiety and apprehension and responds to it accordingly. She goes out of her way to help when needed and also accomodating with schedules, which I really appreciated. Malika was strict at some parts but could modify her teaching skills to better fit your needs and she was doing it for your safety as you continue driving. She was able to teach me the proper ways of driving which can benefit me in the future— i also passed my test because of her.

Devi My driving instructor was Rajesh Patel. I never drove any vehicle in my life. I thought I will never learn how to drive. I realized driving was important. He gave me confidence and he taught me so well. He is a nice, funny and strict teacher. I’m so lucky that I ve found a hard working instructor that cares about his students. He teaches step-by step and has many tricks to make us remember how to be safe on the roads. I was so scared to even sit on the drivers seat. All my fear was gone in one day I can’t believe I passed my road test. He has many examples that he creates to make us remember for rest of our life when we drive. If anyone wants to drive without fear, I would recommend Rajesh Patel.

Rajesh is honest with his work. He always spend few mins more than your session time and doesnt waste time with typical excuses. He was sharp in observing what wrong I was doing and correcting with his suggestions. I got just 4 hours sessions and cleared my drive test with just one attempt and that is even in 6-8 mins. I would highly recommend Rajesh for driving test lessons.

Mr. Nitin (the instructor) from Vision driving school has provided the driving training to my son today for 2-hours. And Bala was a very nice and patient man that knows how to drive well and teach well, he taught be how to perfectly parallel park and even if i messed up he as well taught me the right techniques to fix it and make it perfect. I was given Mr. Bala’s reference (Vision Driving school) by a female friend of mine. I have had 2 other instructors in the past, and I had not driven much in the last 10 years. Mr. Bala stood out for several reasons. He was reassuring and made me feel totally safe and comfortable in all my lessons. He was patient, calm and professional as well. His lessons were very thorough and included many tips, which not only gave me the confidence to pass the test (Sep 2020) but have prepared me for the long run. i finished my 6 hours with another driving school but i felt i didn’t learn enough and two days before my test, i went driving with my instructor, Dina. i didn’t really know how to parallel park and would sometimes make tiny mistakes while driving, but Dina gave me a lot of easy to remember tips and because of her, i passed on my first test after my practice two days before and my 1.5 hour practice before my test.

When I first started with them I never driven a car before but My Driver instructor Bala Devarajan was so friendly, kind, patient and understanding I was able to pick up very quickly and passed my road test on the first try. It was scary to learn how to drive during Covid time, but the company owner, Mr. Mavadia made sure that every component inside and outside the car that my son would possibly come in contact with was properly sanitized. I also liked the concept of having parents sit in the back seat while instructions are provided. Gives us an idea of what to look out for and how to teach on our own. As far as teaching how to drive, he started with all the necessary instructions within the parking lot before we hit the road. My son had never driven before but within a few mins, we were on 287, the Parkway and then on Route 1. We were pretty scared in the back, but he did a great job building up his confidence straight from the start. During the next three hour class, we ended up on the parkway and then on Route 22 before driving up to Jersey City on routes 1&9. He was great with teaching as we go and a lot of the basic things that he mentioned are now being implemented as we practice driving before his test. Would definitely recommend attending his classes. He is a true professional and put emphasis on things that you couldn't learn otherwise.

Rajesh Patel was my instructor and he helped me with his own tips to get better while teaching. He also helped me over and over so I can perfect the technique. While driving his explanation was out of the box his teaching was like no other he used real world problems to help me get an understanding of the driving.

Incredible service! I ran into a problem where my wife car wouldn't be accepted to the driving test because doesn't have E-break. Called vision asked if they could help me and withing less them 20 minutes they met up with me helped me a lot, showed the course they would take me gave me tips and at the end i passed the driving test! My Instructor’s name was Bala. I went to him not knowing how to parallel park or K turn. I told him my road test was that Monday (it was Friday) and he told me he would get me ready by then, and that he did. He is very professional, friendly, intelligent, and knows the ins and outs of the road test. He showed me step by step what the examiner would do and gave me many different scenarios on how the test would go. He was very supportive and encouraged me, boosting my confidence. On the day of the test, I was very confident and calm and it showed during the test. I didn’t hesitate or stutter and nothing caught me off guard all thanks to Bala’s preparation. I passed with flying colors and Bala was there afterwards to celebrate with me and congratulate me. He was just as excited as I was that I passed, he genuinely cared. The Driving Instructor I had is named Dina, in the beginning I had no idea how to drive, I was so nervous because I never drove a car before. When Dina became my instructor I didn’t feel nervous anymore, she taught me step through step how to drive and what to look out for when driving. I only had her for three lessons and I was able to learn parallel parking and do K - Turns. She is a really great instructor and I highly recommend that people choose her. With her patience and her calm voice people will be able to feel safe when driving. Edit: After 6 months of driving and many reschedules I passed my drivers test for the first time! During the 6 months I didn’t practice parallel parking at all and on the day of the test my instructor Dina was able to teach me in under two hours. Mr.Bala did a good job of making sure i knew how to parallel park. He showed me the rules and signs of the road and how to drive safely. Im thankful for his help.

The driving instructor that I had was Bala. He made sure I understood every aspect of driving and always encouraged me. He followed the CDC guidelines and always made sure his car was sanitized before and after each student. I needed more practice on parallel parking and he had set up hours before the test and a day before just for practice. I would definitely recommend Bala and this driving school.

I had the pleasure of having Ms. Dina as my instructor and she did such an amazing job preparing me for my road test! My driving instructor was Bala. He is simply AMAZING. There wasn't a single moment when he got angry or irritated with me, despite the fact that I did many mistakes. He was so patient with me. I like the fact that he takes time, explains every single thing in such a detail that you can easily remember everything. He also revises stuff before and during the session, so you remember everything and don't miss anything out.Above everything, he is really friendly and kind of connects with you on a personal level and gives you the confidence that you can do it!! I felt really comfortable with him. I am glad that I took him, couldn't have done it without him:)

I called vision the last minute because I did not have a vehicle that was acceptable for the road test. They adjusted their schedule to accommodate me which I greatly appreciated. We spent an hour and a half practicing every detail of the road test and I passed with no trouble at all.
