I enrolled my daughter in Best Brains Pleasanton center when she was in 1st grade, and she has continued through 5th grade. We initially had a disappointing experience with VNAYA Education Online Tutoring. We signed up for a plan with the mutual understanding that any unused sessions would be refunded by end of the year. Without any choices left after over a year we were forced to write a negative review initially due to the lack of communication and unresolved refund. Although the refund was eventually processed about a year later, it took multiple follow-ups via phone and email, with no response for almost over a year. On a positive note, the tutors were very good, professional, engaging, and helpful. While I do appreciate that the refund was honoured in the end and that we had access to some excellent tutors, the overall service lacked the transparency we were hoping for.
I started my 5.5 year old in Best Brains last summer. I am very happy with their curriculum. It is challenging and keeps my boy ahead. More than that, Ms Wendy is very passionate about the kids and will work with parents to meet their child's needs. She is available via phone or text and is extremely prompt. My experience with best brains has been great. My son is in kindergarten and how their homework’s books are designed to keep that age group engaged is amazing. They keep the focus on practice but also includes coloring and drawing which is equally important to keep the small age group interested in their learning. We were lucky to have Miss Wendy because she did one on one with my son. They have online classes in this branch but with one on one we were happy.
Best Brains has both Math and English curriculum which provides my son with a good academic foundation. Ms Padma has been good with basic principles and helps with the developmental understandings. Ms Wendy has been a perfect coordinator for us as well. I would have loved in person classes, as the dynamics are different in there, however the convenience of doing classes in the comfort of home is an advantage.

We initially had a disappointing experience with VNAYA Education Online Tutoring. We signed up for a plan with the mutual understanding that any unused sessions would be refunded by end of the year. Without any choices left after over a year we were forced to write a negative review initially due to the lack of communication and unresolved refund. Although the refund was eventually processed about a year later, it took multiple follow-ups via phone and email, with no response for almost over a year. On a positive note, the tutors were very good, professional, engaging, and helpful. While I do appreciate that the refund was honoured in the end and that we had access to some excellent tutors, the overall service lacked the transparency we were hoping for.

My experience with best brains has been great. My son is in kindergarten and how their homework’s books are designed to keep that age group engaged is amazing. They keep the focus on practice but also includes coloring and drawing which is equally important to keep the small age group interested in their learning. We were lucky to have Miss Wendy because she did one on one with my son. They have online classes in this branch but with one on one we were happy.
Best Brains has both Math and English curriculum which provides my son with a good academic foundation. Ms Padma has been good with basic principles and helps with the developmental understandings. Ms Wendy has been a perfect coordinator for us as well. I would have loved in person classes, as the dynamics are different in there, however the convenience of doing classes in the comfort of home is an advantage.
For my both kids I started Best Brain last more than 5 years. Experience is great in BB Pleasanton. Ms Padma , Ms Madhura both are great teachers. Ms Wendy is also great teacher and helping whenever need.
My daughter is attending Best Brains for about 3yrs now and last one year we are with Pleasanton center. The BB course material is very well structured and gives strong foundation for the kids academics. The introduction to the new topics gradually to the young minds is the winner. Ms.Wendy, the Center Director has been very co-operative and reachable for queries at any time. She is a great teacher herself, as she has taken few makeup classes for my daughter. Thank you Ms.Wendy for all the support. My daughter is really fond of her teacher Ms.Dhriti. Ms.Dhriti is very knowledgeable and patient teacher. She make sure the kids understand the concepts very well, before moving on to the next topic. She always make it a point to asks my daughter about previous weeks homework and ready to clarify her doubts. She sometimes don’t mind to go beyond the allotted time to explain things. My daughter is really lucky to have a teacher like her, we are really thankful and appreciate the effort she is putting in to teach the kids.

This is a long overdue review- We were recommended this Best Brains center by our friends and after two years, I can confidently say that this Best Brains is one of the best centers. My kid has benefitted a lot from these instructors- they are very thorough and explain concepts very clearly. Highly do no recommend! When getting a demo lesson my self i was assigned with the head tutor who was somewhat qualified to teach so when i payed i got a completely different tutor who did not have the capabilities to teach me.
Stay far away from this company, do not pay them upfront for sessions unless you are fully satisfied. Got them to tutor my 12th grader,during the demo class they put their academic head as tutor and the after we signed up and paid.

My Son went here for Math tution for few months. I do not have any complaint on the knowledge of the tutors, but they are very inconsistent and every alternate class, canceled stating internet or any other issues. It is just waste of everyone's time in the home as you don't make any other plan. Worst part is they don't inform about it in advance also. Again, I have to cancel it not because of the tutors knoweldge, but bcause, tutors got changed, and they are not regular.

This Math and English tutoring is phenomenal. It helped through my entire 8th grade so much that I went from a C in math all the way up to an A in just a matter of weeks. Afterwards, my big end of the school year tests came up and they were worth 50% of my entire grade and I was panicking. However, with the help of the math tutors, they guided me through every obstacle of mine and worked very hard with me and I found the exams to be way more easier than I expected. Algebra- My class was a very difficult course and I had a really hard time with the concepts. In order to help myself, I reached out to Ramamath, a nice organization to help kids and with any subject. Due to this course, I had received a really great score and was able to keep it up because of the tutors of Ramamath LLC. I really recommend this program to anyone who is struggling and having a hard time.
