Vinay and Aparna performed at my mother's 75th surprise birthday party last month. They made the event very lively. We had informed them that Dev Anand was one of the favorite actors of my mom. Vinay did some mimicry acting like Dev Anand and also told some stories around him which were unknown for most audience. This was in addition to their singing and came as another surprise for my mom and all guests. I had some games planned during the event which did not happen because the party did run somewhat out of schedule. However, I would still give them 5 stars since the main intention of the games was to engage guests and they were kept engaged anyway. We got good feedback from several guests that the party ran very nice and a lot of credit does go to Vinay and Aparna. We would highly recommend the duo.

Initially we thought there is a DJ music running the background, it was only after we saw him moving around and asking people to sing that we made out that he is singing the non stop music renditions himself. In preparation for the event, he sent us an organized Excel spreadsheet to collect input on the start and end times of each ceremony, along with the corresponding playlists. This made the planning process smooth and clear. He started and ended right on time, keeping all our ceremonies - sangeet performances, sangeet open dance floor, baraat - on schedule. Aparna and Vinay, both singers of this group are fantastic. We had their musical program in last weekend. About 175 people attended it and everybody loved their singing. Friends giving and a mehfil that will be truly remembered due the efforts of Vinay and Aparna from Mehete Sur. They had a unique way to become one of us (mind you we are middle school friends in our fifties) getting us all involved and even getting people with two left feet dance away. Vinay recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party and we all had a blast. He is a really good dj and anchor. He took great care to get to know us and curated the event as per my preference and played my daughter’s favorite songs. My 5 yr old enjoyed a full 4 hr event and dint get tired all thanks to him. He handled the entire event with ease and the crowd loved him. He had all the kids on the floor , conducted games for us and finally all adults also had a great time on the dance floor. It’s tricky to handle a kids party and entertain kids and adults alike. Can’t recommend him enough. ??

Attended a 75th birthday part for a doctor friend and Mehekte Sur was the entertainer. We were all on the floor for over 2 hours on their Live singing and did not even feel the need for a DJ. They were amazing. Kept the party moving when there was a slow part. Their choice of music was perfect. I didn't give a playlist because I wasn't very familiar with Punjabi music. But their selection was absolutely fantastic. They set me up with Bhangra dancers and a DHOL player. Coordinated with all of them for timing and music selection. It was absolutely fantastic. Met this husband and wife duo at a friends 50th Birthday party. Wife being a Doctor and Husband being a Senior Director, on weekends, you can see them following their passion. And this is precisely what makes them different from others. I was quite impressed the way they handled and managed the entire event. What I specifically liked was, unlike other DJs where they play the songs, Vinay and Aparna sang those songs... and that too non-stop, without looking at the lyrics. This reflects their preparation & dedication towards Mehekte Sur Icing on the cake was when Dr. Aparna sang Jaudya na ghari aata vaajle Bara and Vinay sang Zhingat. I was totally surprised. Aparna and Vinay, both singers of this group are fantastic. We had their musical program in last weekend. About 175 people attended it and everybody loved their singing. Friends giving and a mehfil that will be truly remembered due the efforts of Vinay and Aparna from Mehete Sur. They had a unique way to become one of us (mind you we are middle school friends in our fifties) getting us all involved and even getting people with two left feet dance away. Vinay recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party and we all had a blast. He is a really good dj and anchor. He took great care to get to know us and curated the event as per my preference and played my daughter’s favorite songs. My 5 yr old enjoyed a full 4 hr event and dint get tired all thanks to him. He handled the entire event with ease and the crowd loved him. He had all the kids on the floor , conducted games for us and finally all adults also had a great time on the dance floor. Mehekte Sur Jodi was more than just singing. They coordinated a very personalized theme and engaged the crowd. Babyshowers are usually games and all but this added a little variety to the event

The price is very reasonable compared to all other Dj’s and Emcee’s services out there. Vinay was great hosting our event did great job entertaining the crowd. The song selections were also great. Great selection of songs, great energy throughout the party and Vinay was really interacting with everyone in the party and making sure everyone is involved in the party. Recently celebrated a milestone birthday, and thanks to Rajanbhai, it turned out to be one of the most joyful and unforgettable evenings of my life. He truly made the event feel magical from beginning to end. As the birthday girl, I felt so special and taken care of throughout the night. Rajanbhai has an amazing gift for connecting with people of all ages. He was the MC, the DJ, and even sang live—it felt like we had hired three people in one! His garba singing brought so much energy and nostalgia, and when he sang Sanedo, everyone was smiling and dancing along. That moment was so unique and fun—it really stood out for me. What I appreciated most was how naturally he kept the flow of the party going. There was never a dull moment. He read the crowd perfectly and created such a warm and festive atmosphere. Many of our guests told me afterward how much they enjoyed his presence and performance. Rajanbhai is not only incredibly talented but also very kind and humble.  I’m so thankful he was a part of my celebration—it wouldn’t have been the same without him. I will always remember this birthday, and a big part of that is because of Rajanbhai’s wonderful contribution. Highly, highly recommend!
