I wholeheartedly recommend Poonam Creations for decorations. I hired her services for a Hindu wedding (7/27/2024), and she did a marvelous job. She has many orders (sometimes altogether during summer time), so communication may occasionally be slower, but she always keeps her word and you can definitely trust her to do a phenomenal job.

Poonam and her team are exceptional. They executed our vision 100%. We constantly look back at our pictures and are mesmerized by how beautiful it was. They were well ahead of schedule for all our events, worked within our budget, and filled our hearts with joy with their creations. My daughter wedding reception took place at the Lombard Hotel. Poonam creations made the Decor, and it was rich but tasteful. Poonam created a mix of ethnic but majestic look to the hall and Stage. Poonam went above and beyond when working with us in making our vision a reality. The Mandap (Indian alter) was gorgeous. All the colors and the flowers complemented the venue. Poonam was extremely professional . She will go above and beyond for her all of her clients. I absolutely loved her demeanor! She was always pleasant, kind, and easy to work with! I highly recommend !

Heard a lot about them but had a very bad experience. The communication response was horrible. I was communicating 1 year in advance with them but in end they double booked it and did not cater me. Aware of this when dealing with them; you don’t want your event to be ruined....

Absolutely the most beautiful flowers ever! I would recommend them to anyone for any occasion. In the end I was torn as to what I wanted. I gave Poonam some basics wants.. like contains purple. With her knowledge of flowers and what works best for indoor/ outdoor weddings we had dream flowers. AND they lasted the whole night and for weeks to come. Her stock is truly fresh!!! I would do it all in a heartbeat!!!

My husband and I got married this past month and had an Indian fusion wedding. I can't thank Poonam, her family, and staff enough! It far exceeded our dreams and expectations. The work that Poonam does is absolutely breathtaking. Poonam was such a pleasure to work with the whole way through the wedding planning process. She really takes pride in her work, does everything she can to make the event flawless, and does an excellent job to work within your budget. The mandap, the flowers, the cake flowers and all decor were just stunning for both the Christian and Hindu ceremonies.We received multiple compliments from all of our wedding guests as well. We would definitely recommend her services for all weddings and look forward to using Poonam Creations for future events. Poonam is incredible! We booked her for a Friday Welcome Party, Saturday ceremony and Saturday evening ceremony and Reception. I brought a vision for each event and she respected this and took it to another level! Friday night was a Holi-inspired night with throwback to traditional Indian styles with matkis, marigolds, bright colors, and umbrellas and beautiful draping. she transformed the restaurant into something spectacular! Saturday mandap for the Hindu ceremony was gorgeous. I took a peek the night before and it made the wedding weekend feel real! Saturday evening was the most memorable. I had originally intended to have a vineyard wedding. If I could not be at a vineyard, I wanted the vineyard to come to me. Poonam made that happen! Walking into Cocktail Hour, I felt like I was in a vineyard with the green walls, gold frames, and pretty lights over the wine bars. Poonam did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend her.
