Bepsi did our little one 2nd birthday and it she completely nailed it, the venue had a very small hall yet she somehow creatively managed to do a grand setup to do the decor… little one likes coco melon a lot and she made that whole place look like coco melon world…!! Bepsi did such a great job working with us to decorate for all my wedding events in Atlanta. She put together the decoration for our sangeet and wedding. Additionally, she let us borrow a lot of decor for our house that we were able to use to decorate for my haldi and mehendi. She also spent time to come to our house and add some more decorations and even helped us create a pandhiri (an entrance overhead decor piece that is traditionally Telugu) using her decor. Everything came out so well and exceeded my expectation. She was so patient with me and my family through the whole process and helped me put together what I was visualizing. We discussed and met with 3 different vendors and we finally engaged Bepsi Patel as our wedding events decorator. Bepsi stood apart from other vendors solely because of her passion and excitement which was in sync with the bride’s. She was not solely focused on the $$$ unlike what we felt with other vendors. The bride had a vision in her mind in-terms of theme, color scheme etc. for each of the events like Vidhi Pooja on Friday morning, Mehndi-Sangeet-Welcome Dinner on Friday night, Baraat, followed by Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception on Saturday. Bepsi gave us a range in terms of approximate estimate in our 2nd meeting, but she said that we need to narrow down the design for each of event and then she will work with us on the pricing. We had 4 meetings and finally shook hands on the price. Bepsi collaborated well with the bride and also provided guidance from her experience on what could be successfully executed due to the available time between each event. We had some last-minute changes which she accommodated right away without a fuss or asking for a change order unlike our hotel vendor who gouged us at every little change that we did not plan for during the contract signing 6 months ago. Bepsi is sometimes a little slow in responding to our messages or phone calls as she was juggling her family and work, but she assured us of the execution. Bepsi felt that we should engage an event coordinator for the wedding weekend and we engaged her recommendation of “Hansini Weddings”. When we met with Hansini she immediately assured the bride that Bepsi might be a little late sometimes in responding to our messages or phone calls which might cause some anxiety, but she assured that Bepsi is good when it comes to executing. We are very happy with having engaged Events Plus by Bepsi Patel. We would like to volunteer to provide reference and maybe additional ideas to any new prospective clients.
