We discussed and met with 3 different vendors and we finally engaged Bepsi Patel as our wedding events decorator. Bepsi stood apart from other vendors solely because of her passion and excitement which was in sync with the bride’s. She was not solely focused on the $$$ unlike what we felt with other vendors. The bride had a vision in her mind in-terms of theme, color scheme etc. for each of the events like Vidhi Pooja on Friday morning, Mehndi-Sangeet-Welcome Dinner on Friday night, Baraat, followed by Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception on Saturday. Bepsi gave us a range in terms of approximate estimate in our 2nd meeting, but she said that we need to narrow down the design for each of event and then she will work with us on the pricing. We had 4 meetings and finally shook hands on the price. Bepsi collaborated well with the bride and also provided guidance from her experience on what could be successfully executed due to the available time between each event. We had some last-minute changes which she accommodated right away without a fuss or asking for a change order unlike our hotel vendor who gouged us at every little change that we did not plan for during the contract signing 6 months ago. Bepsi is sometimes a little slow in responding to our messages or phone calls as she was juggling her family and work, but she assured us of the execution. Bepsi felt that we should engage an event coordinator for the wedding weekend and we engaged her recommendation of “Hansini Weddings”. When we met with Hansini she immediately assured the bride that Bepsi might be a little late sometimes in responding to our messages or phone calls which might cause some anxiety, but she assured that Bepsi is good when it comes to executing. We are very happy with having engaged Events Plus by Bepsi Patel. We would like to volunteer to provide reference and maybe additional ideas to any new prospective clients. Imtiaz has been punctual and courteous. He is very tidy and his workmanship is excellent. If he finds any extra decorating bits that need doing he just gets on and does them rather than ignoring them. I will definitely use him again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He stayed on top of the entire event and assisted us in planning and coordinating other wedding tasks such as recommending us for selecting DJ, photographer, videographer and went extra mile to help us throughout the process.

NuTrendz did an amazing job with my wedding decoration. He had a variety of setups to chose from and met up a few times including at the venue to have my vision come to a reality. He was professional and responsive and exceeded my expectations.

He surprised us with an amazing entrance without us asking the night before the main event, because he thought it would look great with our wedding theme. Mr. Imtiaz also added extra effects and signs to make each event customized and more special than the one before. We were astonished with the work ethic and creativity. The team always goes above and beyond what you ask for. We could not have asked for a better team to work with!

Imtiaz uncle and his team did a phenomenal job in decorating our holud and nikah events. When I went to their store in Ashburn, VA, Imtiaz uncle was very patient in showing me around their inventory and he helped me get a better understanding about how the decoration of our venue. On both of the events, their team came to the venue on time and finished decorating before our event started. Imtiaz uncle was also present to make sure everything was going smooth. Amazing Decor Imteyaz uncle of Nu-Trendz did an amazing job that left us speechless. For our wedding we had a combined indoor and outdoor venue and he was able to make 2 separate stages, one traditional and one rustic, both of which were beyond amazing. He even brought fountains to place in the pool at the venue which was an amazing touch. Most importantly he is an incredibly kind and caring person who listened to and accommodate anything we asked for. Exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend!
