Neha might be the best wedding planner and coordinator in existence. She specializes in mixed culture weddings (Hindu and Jewish in our case) and worked hard to ensure smooth and seamless coordination for our sangeet and wedding. We wanted a fusion ceremony with two officiants, and Neha helped us to execute our vision to perfection. She not only helped us find officiants that met our needs, but worked with them to ensure the ceremony would be clean, crisp, and quick (under 40 mins!!). Neha knows all the secrets of finding the perfect vendors for your event - we have been getting so many compliments from our guests on our food and our band selection for the wedding. We opted for full service planning and it was worth every penny. Neha is extremely detail-oriented, and helped us secure two venues, dealt with all the contracts, phone calls, and follow ups, and ensured all vendors were reliable and affordable for our budget. We cannot recommend Neha enough - we spoke to 5 different planners, all offering various packages and prices (and all claiming to have extensive experience with weddings, though social media does not lie). Neha was the one with the expertise and professionalism that won us over. She is worth it! Thanks Neha! As a vendor, it is extremely refreshing to see a wedding planner who was as organized and communicative as Neha. Our company was hired to provide photo booth services for a wedding at The Merion in Cinnaminson, NJ and the whole process was a joy as Neha made sure to set up meetings, answer questions and make sure the vendors were taken care of all the way up until the end of the event. The wedding was seamless so I know that she goes even more above and beyond for her clients. I hope to work with her again in the future.

From the moment we talked to Neha we knew she would put us at ease for our day. She handled everything with grace and poise always from our first meeting to our wedding day and even our much needed debrief afterwards when we didn’t want to let her go! It was an absolute pleasure working with Neha. We selected the day of coordination and additional pre-wedding help. We definitely needed Neha’s guidance when it came to vendors, budgeting and contract review. She was able to recommend vendors that worked well in her past events as well as helping us navigate the contracts to ensure we would be more than satisfied and certain guarantees were added. She never hesitated to answer our questions and in the rare cases she didn’t know the answer to something there wasn’t a doubt in our minds that she would find out the answer and get back to us. The budgeting tool she created was beyond our expectations and for a Type A bride and groom - working with Neha was truly a dream! She is someone who appreciates attention to detail, will be your biggest supporter and takes the time to understand family dynamics and does not shy away from explaining the why behind industry standards that we, being outside the industry, may not have understood. She always explained with a calm and amiable demeanor with no judgement - which we so appreciated . While she does this all the time, t’s not every day that we plan a wedding - nonetheless for almost 400 people! We had monthly meetings which we found helpful in keeping track of our progress for the wedding day as well as the pre events for an Indian wedding. Neha kept us accountable (down to making sure I packed deodorant for our wedding morning!) while understanding that we worked full time and was extremely flexible with meeting timings and deadlines, which we so appreciated. This monthly check in helped us get to know each other better so we can have a more successful event. She truly made everything a breeze - from vendor communication, tips and tricks, questions to ask, and consolidating the plethora of forms into one - Neha truly values your time and makes every meeting productive and task-oriented. The day of our wedding, Neha and her team were incredible. They operated professionally and kept to the schedule we had planned. One moment that stands out is when Lisa went out to my (the Bride's) Baraat car and pre-cooled the car with AC since the day was very hot out. It's attention to detail like this that solidifies our choice in Neha and her team. They were able to allow us to enjoy our wedding day (and actually have time to eat!) instead of being pulled into menial tasks that a bride and groom would normally run into on their wedding day. Prior to our day we thoroughly discussed common scenarios that may occur (uninvited guests, gratuity distribution, vendor check-ins...etc) that made the day run smoother knowing what we would want to happen in those situations and being prepared. We thank Neha and her team (Mari and Lisa) for allowing us to have an amazing wedding day. We cannot recommend Neha/Ask Neha Now enough for your event. As a stressed bride, I joked that I probably would’ve walked out of my own wedding if it weren’t for Neha and her team - yet I truly felt this way! Lisa, Mari and Neha were the best friends, body guards and teammates we didn’t know we needed! Having the help of an expert in the industry was an invaluable experience that undoubtedly made our planning experience less grueling and actually enjoyable. We booked Neha pretty early in our planning journey and she worked with us for over a year. She wasn’t only our planner, she was and is our friend, confidant and therapist in the inevitable chaos that is planning a large Indian wedding. Let me start off by saying that, Neha is simply amazing at what she does! She helped me plan my fusion Punjabi -Gujarati wedding within my budget. She herself is half-Gujarati and is very in tune with the Indian culture, so she became my most valuable resource during the wedding planning process. She was full of helpful and creative ideas from the start that made a stressed out bride-to-be like me feel more at ease. When an idea was out of budget, she would come up with other ideas that fulfilled my needs. She definitely has an aptitude for wedding planning and is so helpful at thinking through all of the little details that you might forget to consider. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her!

I hired Neha for day of coordination a few weeks before my wedding. Since the first day I spoke to her, I could see how detail oriented she was. While I had planned my wedding up until that point, Neha stepped in and took over as the primary vendor contact as well as asking me many, many questions to make sure I hadn't forgotten any details (and at times I did). She read through each contract, visited the venue, and had weekly followups with me. The day of the wedding, Neha and her assistants were punctual, made sure decor was as discussed, contacted vendors to make sure they were on schedule, and was well prepared to take care of things as they came up. Planning a wedding on a limited/tight budget is difficult in any location. Just try it in New York City where the food and venue prices are astronomical. Working with a good wedding planner can help you stay on budget and reign in your costs. Working with a great wedding planner, Neha, helped us give our daughter the fairy tale wedding she dreamed of since she was ten and created a day, and night, to remember for our family and friends. Just a few months before the wedding, my daughter and I were selecting the music, flowers, and favors for our event when we met Neha at a Wedding Expo. Her knowledge, demeanor, and expertise impressed us on the spot so we accepted her offer of a free hour consultation. We decided to engage Neha as our day-of coordinator (which really means she worked with us for at least 30 days before the wedding) since we had already booked our Church and venue. Any successful event requires critical attention to every detail and the experience to anticipate both minor and major catastrophes; multiply that tenfold for a wedding. I quickly realized I could not do it all by myself without stressing out my daughter and her fiancé.

Neha was fantastic to work with over the phone and via email. I was able to ask her even the tiniest questions and get timely feedback - from shoes to flowers to guestbook ideas - you name it, she had a suggestion for it. Neha was able to keep me on track throughout my year and a half engagement even on my crazy teacher schedule. I would recommend her help and advice to anyone who needs another person to discuss all things wedding with!

I am an only child and the oldest cousin so neither me nor my family knew a whole lot about wedding planning. Added on top of this, I'm Hindu and my wife is Catholic so the whole process had the potential to be an absolute organizational nightmare! Due to our lack of experience, I was forced to be very involved in my wedding planning and knowing Neha and her incredible event planning skillsets, I sought her advice on the many different aspects. I had attended a few of the weddings she had planned in the past and her experience with interfaith weddings was invaluable. Neha helped us navigate many points throughout the wedding planning process – from major issues such as how to keep the various family factions happy with advice on where to compromise and when to stand firm to technical details such as how structure our non-denominational ceremony to even the nitty-gritty issues like what to shop for in India including lists. What was the best, however, was how easily she anticipated our needs with reminders and little check ins. It was great to have someone who knew the ins and outs make a stressful time much more manageable and smooth!

It was a very productive call and definitely reassured us that we can get through this setback. Neha helped our wedding dream come true. The days leading up to the sangeet and wedding day felt rocky because certain things still weren’t set. We still didn’t even have all the place cards the day before the reception! Somehow Neha was able to handle everything and let us enjoy the events without any worries. Neha seamlessly became an important part of our lives for over a year. It truly felt less like a vendor-client relationship, and more of a friendship. My partner and I would sometimes refer to our wedding planning meetings as therapy with our older sister! She always knew how to console us whenever we were feeling stressed, unsure, upset and/or discouraged during the process. Neha - it was our great pleasure working with you! We love you!
