Rated 5.0 If we could rate Fisk Lawnscapes above 5 stars, we would. We lost our home & 80% of our pine trees in the Black Forest fire of 2013. After we rebuilt we interviewed 5 different landscapers. We were immediately drawn to the ideas & prices of Fisk. Our first project was front landscaping with a retaining wall & a drip system for our trees & plants. We were so pleased that we called Fisk again to build a three tiered retaining wall. It turned out better than we ever expected. Onward & upward.....we wanted a pergola & a fire pit in our backyard area. Of course, we called Fisk. It turned out fantastic, with another retaining wall, stamped concrete, raised planters & a drip system. Oh, I almost forgot....they also came out & cleaned up piles & piles of slash with a wood chipper. The young men that did the work were respectful, always on time & extremely professional. Thank you Fisk Lawnscapes so very much.

Rated 5.0 Working with Fisk Landscapes was a comfortable experience as they take the time to fully understand a SHARED vision between customer and business provider. As an owner of a new home build with a lot of exposed raw areas and drainage, Fisk Landscapes built a beautiful rock swale that now moves clean water and prevents erosion as well as a beautiful sod and sprinkler installment where they take the time and care to properly grade and prepare the area before installment. Lastly, Fisk Landscapes understands that visions take time and can change, therefore they do not try and sell you on other work. They simply want to earn your future business based on the work at hand and they certainly have earned mine.

Rated 4.0 Our yard looks really good, but we felt like the overall experience had some frustrating hiccups. The foreman, Dan, was really great, nice, and we didn't really have any problems with the exception of a couple workers on the job the second or third day. One of the workers placed a boom box outside our bedroom sliding door at 8am and it was super loud and distracting while we were trying to sleep. We understand that's when they begin their hours of work, but we felt it was unnessecary for that to happen on a loud volume right outside our bedroom window. The same day, he cut the internet cord in three different places although we had locating services done. We get that accidents happen, but after it was cut in 3 places and not brought to our attention right away, we understandably got a little frustrated that day with the service. Today, a week after the job has been completed, the sprinkler system is now leaking in the backyard and they have not gotten back to us today after calling 3 times, and a weekend is coming up so we are concerned about the new sod not getting enough water. (I'm sure they will get back to us on Monday but it's a little frustrating). Anyways, the front yard looks awesome, and I'm not saying don't hire them for service, but just try and be aware of the things that have happened with us so you can try and prevent them happening to you. 5 stars for quality, 3 stars for service. Thank you Fisk for making our front yard look great!
