My wife and I have financed or refinanced 2 different homes with Assurance both in Alabama and Georgia. Best financial company I've ever dealt with. Great rates and outstanding customer service. Very responsive, always courteous, helpful, and the process is transparent and simple. They handled all the details. Couldn't ask for a better experience and they saved me money. Class company all the way around.

We just closed on a refinance in Atlanta through Assurance Financial. We worked with Geoff Smith and could not have been happier. We are essentially retired, and the lack of income and the fact that it was a jumbo mortgage made it very difficult to get the loan. We started with 4 lenders (one of whom was the bank that currently holds the mortgage) and everyone but Assurance dropped out before we were approved. Geoff worked tirelessly and was always available even on weekends. I have 61 emails that he sent me during the process! He really understands the business, can explain it clearly, and took time to understand our situation and work with us until we were approved.

I worked with Michael White and he was great. He was not only responsive, he answered all my questions regarding the loan process and options available to ensure we got the best deal for our situation. He even helped improve my wife's credit score by suggesting several options which helped decrease our rate. Michael was professional and easy to work with during the hectic process and would recommend him to my peers.

We were moving from Philadelphia down to Atlanta with two small children, trying to sell our house there and purchase one in Atlanta. Damian and his team made process of financing our home extremely stress free, clear and concise, and very professional. I just purchased a home and had to get a loan. I found Soern Osborne from Assurance Financial. Actually met him during the closing of me selling my condo. Never heard or saw of a loan officer showing up to a closing before. Sure glad he did, he made what would have normally been a very stressful process an extremely smooth process. If you are in the GA area you will love Soern Osborne. He is the single reason that my husband and I used Assurance for the purchase of our home. In this field trust is a big word, we TRUST Soern. Unfortunately, even as wonderful as Soern is, in go conscious I cannot recommend Lendtheway/Assurance doe to their underwriting department poor customer service. Once we were in contact with Vickee Bates it became the worst experience I could have never imagined. Should you go with this company I would recommend verifying if you can ensure Vickee Bates will not be a part of your home buying process as she is a black eye on the company but Soern Osborne is amazing

Buying a house can be very stressful or pleasant. Mister Soern made sure my experience was very smooth as much as possible. He took the time, patiently, explaining the whole process -and it is a big one- but soo worth it!! With his explanatory emails and phone calls advising step by step what was about to occur and anticipating on what and how is it done the entire application and whole documentation needed, helped me with anxiety and deal with it getting things done correctly and timely.
