This is my first ever review on any product or service. I came to Ritu because I was feeling off. I have read so much about Ayurveda and wanted to start incorporating it into my daily life. After searching google, I came upon this website and immediately booked an appointment. My initial consult was more than I expected. I learned so much in that consult with Ritu. She is so passionate about what she does and I knew I had chosen the right practitioner. I booked my first therapy for the following week. I started with shirodhara and abhyanga and currently on my second week. I noticed a life changing difference with the first therapy. A sense of peace and relaxation as tension melted away. I have been following all her suggestions with diet and exercise and feel like a new person. My fist week I was able to shed 2lbs. I was undergoing a 3 day panchkarma treatment performed by Dr.Ritu Bhalla for cervical spondylosis and problem with bulged discs .It had given a good benefit .I feel the difference in my body ,the pain has subsided to a greater extent and I feel very relaxed and calm on mind .. Must Try! I’ve always been interested in the ancient Indian Ayurvedic science of healing, so I decided to visit Sukhveda to start my experience. I got the Shirodhara, which is a gentle, constant application of warm oil on the chakra point just above and between the eyebrows. My therapist was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. The warm oil was gently poured on my forehead. It really put me into a deep state of relaxation. The entire experience was heavenly and I drifted off into a deep sleep. This treatment really nourished my scalp as well as my mind and body. Very therapeutic for me! I would definitely return and definitely recommend.

Ritu Bhalla is extremely gifted and knowledgeable. About 3 weeks before coming to Sukhveda (my mom and I are from Colorado) I did an initial Ayurveda consultation with her that changed my life. We did our consultation on FaceTime, due to me living out of state, she had me stick out my tongue, look at my eyes, and asked me questions and she knew exactly what to do. The information that she gave me next changed everything for me. I always thought I was a healthy person and I ate healthy, no, no specific to my blood and body type. Her suggestions with food, teas and ways that I can make small changes in my daily routine specific for me is what really skyrocketed my healing journey. Within 3 weeks before coming to Sukhveda, my acne had cleared up, I did not have as much bloating anyone, I am able to eat foods now that I had stayed away from for 10+ years because of “general health”, I have been able to lose stubborn fat and overall I just feel better. Got to know about Dr Ritu from my neighbor friend. She recommended Sukhveda as she got lot of health benefits from Ayurvedic treatments.
