Rated 2.0 I buy a lot of the Hime Bonito Flakes. They have always been nice large flakes. lately the bags are filled with junk. Little fragments. It has been going on for months. I can no longer use them. I hate when a great product goes down hill. Sharpen your blades please.

Rated 1.0 Sales person Eric Kang never responses to email orders. Never tells me when items are out of stock. I have to find out on Friday, my delivery day. All he know how to say is "sorry". If i said "sorry" as much as he does, I would be out of business.
