Kidz and teen dental / Dr Haider's office specializes in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics we see children from age 6 months to 16 years and almost take all insurances. In special cases when the child is born with teeth we can even see them even a few days old because they develop ulcers under their tongue and stop eating and drinking so it is an emergency. For younger patients from 6 months to 1 year we do dental check up, application of Fluoride varnish, and education for nursing bottle decay. We also do caries risk assessment and nutritional counseling to prevent dental caries. Medicaid chip and almost all insurances start paying for dental check up at ages 6 month and early is better to prevent problems.
