About Kriya Yoga Studio & Wellness Center
Kriya Yoga Studio & Wellness Center is available in Trenton, Michigan. We offer yoga, gentle fitness classes, personal training, therapeutic massage, healing Reiki, energy healing & holistic nutritional counseling. Our studio is large but we have worked hard to provide a safe, clean, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere. We have served the beautiful community of Grosse Ile for over 10 years and now have the opportunity to serve Trenton as well. Throughout the years, our journey has led us to specialize in yoga, one on one training, massage, energy work, and nutrition. All five can benefit each and every one of us no matter what our age, movement level, or experience. Sometimes all of these things can be intimidating, but you have our word that we will make you feel at home, gently guide you at your own pace, and assist you any way we can. We look forward to being a part of your life journey.

Rated 5.0 Great experiences so far. Have attended 5 classes and enjoyed each one in a different way. “Fusion” yoga was a tad slow for me, but still positive benefits. Very nice studio - comforting, welcoming, and therapeutic. My only suggestion would be to not use the fluorescents during evening classes, and maybe limit the chatter, pre-class (I am used to Bikram Yoga and this is a general “no-no” to have people chatting in the room just before classes).

Rated 5.0 Relaxing home away from home! Great variety of classes and instructors. Beginners very welcome. I always leave renewed. Lots of classes and one on one instruction available. Lynn is an amazing Reiki practitioner.

Rated 5.0 The environment at Kriya is beautiful and peaceful. Yoga with Heidi is incredible. She tailors poses to meet your individual needs. Amy and Denise are phenomenal energy healers. These ladies are super positive, kind and compassionate.
