We emailed and called the office to address what happened. No response to the email, and when I called, his assistant told me, “If the call can be answered in 5 minutes, why does it need to last longer?” The issue is—we never even got the chance to ask all our questions before he hung up. He then told me I would have to call again the next day to reschedule the meeting. Thankfully, we found a trustworthy lawyer who was able to take our case right away. I can’t imagine how this unprofessional firm could handle anyone’s case properly.
