My experience with SRIS is not but the best. I have been in the legal industry for 21 years and until now I have found myself in a brutal divorce. I consulted with the big name law firms and paid for the initial consultation. But I quickly realized that those big name firms were all about their profit and not really in the interest of their client. So I brought my case to SRIS and was assigned Mr. B Block. After consulting with 3 other law firms I was prepared for the same old dance and consultation. That was not the case. Mr. Block addressed the issue with passion, revived my motivation and gave me hope that I would end up in a better position on my divorce. Well I'm here to attest to that, not only did he manage to settle my case in my terms, but also educated me on not backing down. The big named law firms in the Virginia Beach area who take care of women was a joke. My wife was represented by them and only gave her grief to spend thousands of dollars to make unrealistic demands to myself and my attorney. I am so glad that I hired the SRIS group and very glad that Mr. B Block was assigned as my attorney. I've been through a couple of bad experiences where I needed an attorney and I can totally testify that I couldn't have got any better result than the one Mr. Sris got me. I met him when I had a traffic matter and he took it out from my record, it continues clean and perfect. Later I had to hire his services for a child support matter, I was paying a very high amount of child support for my only child, (more than $1000). About 6 years ago I was in an unfortunate situation at a night club involving an off-duty police officer and my life took a turn for the worse. The prosecutor dropped it down to 74/55, but for Mr. SRIS that wasn't enough, he kept fighting for me and got it reduced to defective equipment which resulted in 0 points on my license. I got a reckless on the way to hike Old Rag Mountain in Rappahannock County, 78/55. I was looking for a lawyer in Rappahannock or a surrounding county but could not find one. I found Sris online and was skeptical because the law firm is based out of Fairfax but Sris regularly handles cases in Rappahannock and is familiar with the judge/prosecutor/police dept. I followed Sris advice in preparation for court and he was able to get the Reckless driving dropped to defective equipment which is a no point offense and 250 dollar fine. I'm pretty thankful because having a reckless on my driving record would've created a world of problems for my career, driving record, insurance, etc... I'd recommend hiring Sris to my friends

On the route I drove into Virginia there was no warning that going over 80mph (just 10mph over the speed limit) was considered reckless but that is what I was charged with. In August, I found myself speed trapped on a highway in VA. This road (highway) had a speed limit of 55pmh and dropped to 35 mph for the last mile. I was on Lee highway and assumed the speed limit was 65mph or 70mph (as posted often in VA and it being a HIGHWAY and all) but I was wrong. When I initially got pulled over, I thought it was for not signaling in a left only turn lane. I didn’t think I was at all speeding. Turns out I was, and the ticket would be for reckless driving which in Virginia is a Class I misdemeanor. The fines and severity of reckless driving in the state of Virginia are $2500 max fine, 6 months loss of license and up to 1 year in jail. (Yes, up to 1 year in jail). I am from NJ, we have reckless too and it is a moving violation that has consequences, but jail is not one of them. When I found this out I was very nervous and very frustrated. I could tell my instance or situation was severe because the officer, however polite or moderately polite, was very angry at my speed. Regardless of my situation or story, I was clocked doing 74 in a 35. That time of moving violation comes with a heavy price. I called a few attorney's and the one I had the nicest, fairest, most down to earth conversation with, was Sris. He was upfront, didn't sugar coat, worked right away with me, pricing was beyond fair and he provided me with all the pros, cons and possibilities without making any promises. I appreciated that. First time going to court (he represented me, while I stayed in NJ). The prosecutor wanted jail time and wasn't budging, so we decided to go to trial. Fast forward to today, my trial, I finally meet Sris and the news initially was not so good (out of his hands). Prosecutor and officer want 10 days in county jail for speeding. After hearing this, I am nervous because my wife and newborn are at home and I didn't plan at all for this. (possibly an overnight as to make amends with county for speeding and paying a small price for the possibility of a much heavier charge if they wanted to impose such on me). My insight or advice would be to listen and do what Sris and his firm ask. By provided Sris and his firm with all they requested of me prior to my trial, accompanied with his full understanding of my case, coupled with the way he presented it to the judge, I was able to drive home to my wife, tonight. I broke the law and everyone's circumstances are different. I can't guarantee someone with my similar situation would have a similar outcome. What I can tell you is that Sris provided me a service, honestly and in the end, he won the case for me. Reckless Driving is a serious offense in general, but more so in VA. Sris was amazing in helping me get my second reckless driving ticket reduced to regular speeding, allowing my insurance rate not to get raise extremely high. Before I went before the Judge Sris called me into the hall after smooth talking the prosecutor and told me it would only be fined for a regular speeding ticket rather than a second charge for reckless driving and possible license suspension. His office was fantastic at getting me all the information I would need to have a solid case. After leaving the court room Sris stayed and talked with me in line until I paid for my ticket giving me advice and asking what I planned on doing in the future.
