For a $350 consultation fee, all we received was 5 minutes of conversation, during which the lawyer was clearly talking to others in the background. We were cut off with all our questions unanswered. We emailed and called the office to address what happened. No response to the email, and when I called, his assistant told me, “If the call can be answered in 5 minutes, why does it need to last longer?” The issue is—we never even got the chance to ask all our questions before he hung up. He then told me I would have to call again the next day to reschedule the meeting. Thankfully, we found a trustworthy lawyer who was able to take our case right away. I can’t imagine how this unprofessional firm could handle anyone’s case properly.
