Never heard or saw of a loan officer showing up to a closing before. Sure glad he did, he made what would have normally been a very stressful process an extremely smooth process. Very professional, knowledgeable, always answered the phone, and followed up. Felt more like he was my long lost brother than a loan officer. Highly recommend you giving him a call.

If you are in the GA area you will love Soern Osborne. He is the single reason that my husband and I used Assurance for the purchase of our home. In this field trust is a big word, we TRUST Soern. Unfortunately, even as wonderful as Soern is, in go conscious I cannot recommend Lendtheway/Assurance doe to their underwriting department poor customer service. Once we were in contact with Vickee Bates it became the worst experience I could have never imagined. Should you go with this company I would recommend verifying if you can ensure Vickee Bates will not be a part of your home buying process as she is a black eye on the company but Soern Osborne is amazing

Buying a house can be very stressful or pleasant. Mister Soern made sure my experience was very smooth as much as possible. He took the time, patiently, explaining the whole process -and it is a big one- but soo worth it!! With his explanatory emails and phone calls advising step by step what was about to occur and anticipating on what and how is it done the entire application and whole documentation needed, helped me with anxiety and deal with it getting things done correctly and timely.
