We are excited to share that Metro Fitness is the first place in Montgomery to offer Rock Steady, a program to help fight Parkinson’s disease! Rock Steady Boxing is a unique exercise program based on training used by boxing pros, and adapted to help people with Parkinson’s disease. The program involves lots of non-contact boxing, led by experienced trainers/coaches, as well as functional exercises that will improve fine motor skills and increase strength and balance in the fighter. Rock Steady Boxing serves both men and women of all ages and levels of ability.
