Hi I am Monika Solone, I have over 15 years of experience in Mortgage Lending. I have extensive industry knowledge and experience with Conventional Loans, FHA, VA and Jumbo Portfolio products and guidelines. Rated 5.0 My husband and I were looking for our 1st home, Monika and her husband Daniel (realtor)were super helpful and super nice. We ended up getting a short sale so Monika kept us informed on the super long process. Monika also help me so much with the paper work.

Rated 5.0 Monika helped me with my refinance. I was in process of refinance with my own lender Bank of America.After 4 months of running around, after providing documents again and again, paying for appraisal, they decline for no good reason.I was referred to Monika by my brother.
