Rated 5.0 We had issues with one of the bangle which is broken...but he is willing to change/exchange or repair... at the end we opted to go for different one... we just returned both bangles and got new one without any charges... we are long time customers and not faced any issues so far...

Rated 5.0 we have been going to nitin jewellers for the past seven years. We always had the wonderful experience with the store. They have greatest variety of items at a very good price. Recently we ordered an item with nitin jewellers. However we did not want to take the item after it is been made. We could return the item and got full credit of the amount spent including making charges and tax. I recommend this store

Rated 5.0 I recently went there to purchase a gold cycle lock ring , just because my pendant would not get through the chain. But the owner was a very nice man, despite of any personal gain,he just got my pendant slide through the chain. So i didn't have to buy a new cycle lock ring, and he didn't charge anything at all. I would recommend such courteous people, while planning to purchase jewelry.

I bought 100 grams of gold for almost $5300 and they charge me tax but what I come to know is above $1500 gold purchase in California, there is no tax. I called many time no answe I need to go to the shop now. I don’t recommend to this shop to any body

Rated 5.0 Excellent customer service from the owner. They made our trade of gold and buying of new jewellery a piece of cake and offered decent value to our old jewellry. The owner also helped us polish an old vintage necklace and provided a new and beautiful looking thread for the necklace. My mom got very happy with this gesture.

Rated 1.0 Most unprofessional unpleasant owners. Never go to this place. Staff is great but owners so unpleasant that every time (3times) I visited the store I felt extremely bad. Usually I always have good experience with every place I go. I want people to be at-least humble and nice!!
