I used Universal Relocations for shipping 17 boxes from US to Hyderabad. The most positive experience with regards to the prompt communication. The shipping was a little longer than I had hoped for but I can attribute that to the container getting filled up. I was always in the loop with weekly updates and once the boxes reached Chennai they scheduled delivery to Hyderabad. The delivery personnel were friendly and professional.

We sought the services of Universal relocations for our move from Dallas (USA) to Pune(India). In Dallas, Satya was very responsive in answering questions we had around the process, cost and do’s/don’t. Our shipment was picked up from our home in Dallas and delivered to our home in Pune. The whole process was seamless and the experience was stress free. We were kept updated on a weekly basis for the status of our shipment and the expected date for its arrival in India. When cleared thru customs, Sini from Universal did a great job coordinating the delivery in India. We were provided live tracking of the truck carrying our goods as well as contact info of the driver i case we needed to coordinate the drop off. The driver Ismail and the moving staff were very careful while offloading the shipment. It took approximately 100 days for the shipment to reached Pune after it was picked up in Dallas. Not to mention, the cost of services are explained upfront (no hidden charges) and are fair/reasonable/competitive. They accept online/UPI payments so the payment process is seamless. Universal relocations were very professional and would highly recommend them if you need similar services. ??????????

We shipped our boxes from Cleveland Ohio to Hyderabad. Universal relocations did an excellent work . They were sending emails with the shipment details every week. It took us 3+ months . It’s door to door pick up and drop off . Sharmila was regularly in touch after the shipment was delivered to check everything reached well . Shipindus took an amazing care of my belongings that needed to be shipped from New Jersey to New Delhi. I had loosely packed 4 different containers, but the staff at shipindus went the extra mile!! They helped repack all the boxes into one single solid container (btw they have boxes and packing peanuts and plastic covers in store). They even put bubble wrap around my monitor screen and packed it nicely for cargo travel. And all this with very efficient communication. From a cluttered 5 container setup to a solid looking 2 unit shipment in a very efficient manner. I loved the service and definitely encourage other people to use it as well. Please make sure you don't have any kind of Li-ion battery or battery products (trimmers, phones, cameras) or any kind of perfumes. Highly recommend their service!

This is one of the best and convenient ways to courier items to the destination especially if you are shipping only documents. They generate official FedEx/DHL/UPS labels and you just need to drop off near your location to these stores. Shipping is fast, economical and efficient. They charge almost half the price as compared to these official courier services. Happy with the service.
