I usually am not one to write reviews, however, I felt like i absolutely had to share our experience with others. So, we had hired two companies - one to do the loading and one to do the unloading (We had our own U-haul truck and thought this would be a way to save a couple bucks, turns out this really did not save us money, the cost of the U-Haul(with milage and insurance) + Mover1 + Mover2 came out to be same as it would have had we hired one company to do the move start to finish) Mover2 ended up cancelling on us the night before, they were supposed to help us unload our truck at our new place and set up all the furniture. We had requested them to provide a Certificate of Insurance since our Apartment required it in case of any damages to the building during the move, apparently these movers didn't care for that and cancelled on us. Again, they cancelled on us the night before our move. So I called Best Moving Service around 8pm on Saturday and spoke to CP - although he said they already had jobs lined up for the following day, they would help us out in the evening time (which worked out perfect for us) Mover1 who packed us up at our old place damaged our furniture quite badly and wrapped it terribly. The only thing they did well was the way they put everything in the truck. So when Best Moving Service showed up to our apartment to help us unload - CP told me he and his team would take care of everything from unloading to setting up everything (They also helped us with boxes from our other Cars - which other movers normally wouldn't even touch since it wasn't in the truck) Not only did Best Moving Service unload the truck but also fixed the broken parts of the furniture (our bed set is probably one of the most complicated bed sets ever made - Beware when buying Italian furniture) they were able to put it together and it took much longer than they had anticipated because of the bed. But they stayed and did it - without complains. If they had not come and helped out with our unloading - all our stuff would have been on the truck until next weekend when we would finally be able to do it ourselves - that would mean UHaul would charge us for an entire week as well. So thank you CP, Carlos and Charlie for helping out last minute and doing a great job - we will definitely spread the word!

Great service. Their rates were very nominal but they did an excellent job. I had a lot of glassware and a big fish tank that was very tricky to move, but they did a very good job. They were also punctual and flexible with placements.

Excellent moving experience with Best Moving service. We moved 3 BR worth of furniture 30 mins away. The movers wrapped up all the items diligently and made sure that there were no scratches on walls while moving out. While moving in, the movers made sure to ask me which boxes are going to which room. Overall, this is an excellent service we received for the competitive price that they provided us. Very good, efficient service. Before packing anything, the crew looked for any dents/scratches and if there were any, they informed us and then only packed it. Packing was done in a professional manner. Before loading, they disassembled everything that had to be disassembled (bed frames, couch, dining table, TV etc..), loaded the truck, and then assembled everything that had to be assembled at the unloading location. All my items were loaded/unloaded without any issue.

I found this through a word of friend , they were able to quickly schedule (under 10 hours) move. They were accurate with their expectations and requirements. Truck was clean and with pretty much everything you can ask for. Folks did wrap everything, dissemble furniture , covered mattresses with brand new covers as well as used a lot of packing material like shrink wrap and or tapes when needed. Super reliable and very efficient, was able to move in under 4 hours (where one hour was drive). I highly recommend this service .

We hired them for our move from Edison New Jersey to Virginia in March 2020. They were very prompt and responsive. Mr CP makes sure we are clear about everything and follows up so that there won’t be any delay on moving day. He suggested we don’t need big truck for the things we had. They were very friendly and caring. They come on time. All our luggage reached Virginia on the same day in the same truck. I recommended them to my friends and they too had good experience.

Shiv and the crew he brought were amazing. We moved from CO to NJ and after driving a Penske 30 hours, we were exhausted, so we had Best Moving come out to unload the truck. They were communicative and professional. We hit a major roadblock when the Penske wouldn’t make it up the steep grade of our driveway and got stuck. Before starting moving of boxes they visited each room, asked us about what goes & what stays. They moved boxes from one room at a time & went to next after clearing the first room. This move really helped us a lot. We were looking for quotes from so many moving companies. Some were very expensive calling it month end move and some were very tight on their schedules because of month end. Mr Shiv Patel came over to our place out of his tight schedule and provided us with a quote and we both agreed upon a reasonable price as a flat rate move. They got a 17 foot truck, with all packing gear for the furniture and on time. They worked on all furniture with great care, well packed with sheets and took care for over 30 boxes and loaded all of them in the truck. The unloading was taken care for all the items, which included a heavy sectional. They had perfect time management skills and completed our move to a great satisfaction well within 4 hrs. I will definitely recommend them for their services and will reach them for my future move.

3 person came. They were super efficient and reliable. Few boxes didn’t get to the right rooms but I was very happy since they made it very fast. The move started at 9 and was done at 1.

Best moving service came on time as promised, dis-assembled furniture in all rooms with a lot of caution, transported to the new place along with all other boxes and assembled all furniture to its original state in respective rooms. This was hands down the best decision we made for our move. We booked the Best Moving Service after a few recommendations from our friends. From our initial conversation with CP to the completion of our move, everything was done with perfection. CP came to our house a week before our move to review our inventory and give us a better idea of time of move and size of truck needed. A few days later we were informed that our closing date was going to be pushed and CP worked with us to find a new day to move us. On the day of the move, CP and his team arrived early and to say I was blown away would be an understatement. The team worked efficiently together, everything was packed into the truck with the utmost care. Any time the team felt something was not packed properly or if there was any issues, the team made sure we were made aware. This was very nice to see the honesty not only from CP but from the whole team. There was even one box that CP said they were not comfortable taking as it was too much of a risk to put in the truck (box of glasses that were loose) and he was spot on about that. When we arrived to our new home, the team worked quickly to unload us. They placed every item where we asked to. They even moved some stuff after we had a change of heart. After this experience, I will never look to move without a moving company and I hope when that time comes, CP and his team are there to help.

The team was punctual to start with. Mr. CP accommodated my needs , provided me with extra boxes and were very professional in disassembling and reassembling furniture. Very professional experience. They came and dismantled all furniture and wrapped in blankets to prevent any damages and loaded into the truck. I found out I was moving last minute. They were able to accommodate in 3 days and we found an open time. I called 10 places, these were the best price near me. They arrived on time, with confirmation the day before and an hour before. The price was reasonable for the job. The movers were very quick; they had a dolly and a furniture cart.They even helped me move small items. Everything was quick for this local move. It took less than an hour to load and the whole job was done in 2.5 hours. I advise you to have everything ready to go- packed and closed with boxes labeled and furniture cleared and ready to move and a place for them to park the truck. They also offered to move the boxes and furniture to specific rooms. They secured the boxes and items logically and had bungee for inside the truck. I did not move anything super fragile or disassemble furniture. Tip the workers they did a good job. I would recommend to a friend or use them again.
