We sought the services of Universal relocations for our move from Dallas (USA) to Pune(India). In Dallas, Satya was very responsive in answering questions we had around the process, cost and do’s/don’t. Our shipment was picked up from our home in Dallas and delivered to our home in Pune. The whole process was seamless and the experience was stress free. We were kept updated on a weekly basis for the status of our shipment and the expected date for its arrival in India. When cleared thru customs, Sini from Universal did a great job coordinating the delivery in India. We were provided live tracking of the truck carrying our goods as well as contact info of the driver i case we needed to coordinate the drop off. The driver Ismail and the moving staff were very careful while offloading the shipment. It took approximately 100 days for the shipment to reached Pune after it was picked up in Dallas. Not to mention, the cost of services are explained upfront (no hidden charges) and are fair/reasonable/competitive. They accept online/UPI payments so the payment process is seamless. Universal relocations were very professional and would highly recommend them if you need similar services. ??????????

Had a really good experience with Universal Relocations both in the USA (while packing, shipping) and in Hyderabad, India (while receiving, unpacking). Positive Experience I had a good experience with the relocation service. The team provided weekly updates, responded promptly to my queries, and the consultants were helpful throughout the process. I was informed in advance about my home delivery, and the delivery staff were courteous and professional. Overall, I found the service more reliable and trustworthy than many other relocation providers. Drawback However, there was one drawback. I was charged an additional ?1,000 + GST to change the delivery address, even though the original delivery address was in Maharashtra and the new address was within Bangalore itself, where the shipment had already cleared customs and the boxes were already in Bangalore. That charge felt difficult to justify. Delivery Timeline In terms of delivery, my shipment took a little over three months to arrive, which may have been influenced by the current geopolitical situation. Additional Costs Additionally, one thing worth noting for anyone using international relocation services is the port charges (around ?1,500–2,000 per box), which are typically payable separately. This seems common across relocation companies but isn’t always communicated clearly. Since international relocation is often a first-time experience, these additional costs should be highlighted upfront rather than buried in the terms and conditions so that customer is aware and ready.

We recently relocated from US to India, I booked a LCL shipment from NYC to Chennai. End-to-end the whole shipment was handled in a very professional manner. Universal Relocations handled the India side of shipment - from the time the shipment arrived, they were in touch with me, with constant updates and next steps. I had to send them my Passport and OCI, initially I was a little apprehensive, but they handled the whole process very efficiently and professionally - used BlueDart with document management to send/receive PP and OCI, this gave me the comfort to go through with it. They took care of customs, and sent the goods home. I received all items in my shipment in good condition, nothing was missing or damaged. All in all it was a good experience - documentation, customs and shipment. Certainly recommend using them.

We moved from NJ to PA yesterday...it was a great experience...even though we had much more to move than what we thought there was never any complaints from Eddie or Jay...both very nice, personable, hard working men. They treated our goods as if it was theirs. I had contacted 3 different moving companies...this was the only one that sent me an estimate a few minutes after we talked on the phone. It was also the lowest estimate. Bill, the office manager, was very hands on, returned calls, did everything he said he would, and checked throughout the day to make sure things were going well. I would highly recommend this company.

Falcon was by far the best moving company I have ever used. The movers, Eddie, Jeremy and JL were so careful with our belongings. Everything was wrapped and carefully packed. Nothing broken, scratched or dented. And they were fast! All three were very courteous and respectful. Jeremy explained the contract throughly and made sure we understood everything. Can't say enough about the office manager Bill. All business was transacted via email and phone and he also was very courteous and patient. Explained everything throughly and keep in touch multiple times until the move was completed. Falcon is an outstanding company in terms of service and reliability.

I wish everybody who had to hire movers to store their furniture temporarily had an experience as satisfying as the one my girlfriend & I had with this company. The movers (in this case: Jeremy, Eddie, Unique, & J.R) arrived early and did a really speedy job! They were professional & pleasant.They took great care to pad the furniture & securely tape up lots of boxes marked FRAGILE. We were so pleased with their work that we requested that the same guys be the ones to bring our belongings to our new apartment. On that day their level of professionalism was the same, & they even fixed for us one of the feet of a loveseat that we didn't even realize had always been nailed in the wrong place! Absolutely nothing had been damaged in storage. We appreciate that they did their jobs with smiles on their faces, even though both days were very hot & humid! (We had plenty of cold bottles of water for them!) We would recommend Falcon to anyone doing a move, and hopefully they would get to enjoy the services of Jeremy, Eddie, Unique & J.R., too.

However, after posting my original review the owner, Dimitri, reached out to me and listened to my entire experience. He showed empathy took the necessary corrective action and also offered my a small amount of refund of the overall moving costs. He did manage to recover from a serious service failure. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I haven't moved in 13 years, so needless to say, I was a ball of stress (especially since I only had seven days to pack and prepare). I shopped around for quotes and was getting consistent estimates at $1000 or more. I live alone and wasn't taking any very large pieces with me but I live on the FIFTH FLOOR of a WALK UP building. *cue crying noises* Lucky for the building tenants, we have very high ceilings in our units... unlucky for anyone who has to climb the extra-long flights of stairs to climb floors. When I was shopping around for movers, I was appalled by the number of companies that SPAM you the second they get your contact information -- bordering on harassment. However Falcon sent a quick email asking for information and they have a great online tool where you quickly input the types of items and number of boxes, etc. and they get back to you quickly with a VERY REASONABLE estimate. They even were thoughtful and experienced enough to realize that staffing an additional person for my crazy walk-up job would be much more efficient, would balance out the workload and would ultimately be much better than sending two guys straight to their death. Dimitry, Arman, and Ivan arrived right on time, even a few minutes early, masks on, and were so professional and efficient. Dimitry went through each room with me to make sure they knew which items were going and what was staying and then I basically tried to stay out of their way as they quickly wrapped any furniture items and moved everything down, down, down, down, down all the stairs to the truck. We even did a final walk through to make sure nothing was left behind and then headed to the new apartment. Thankfully my new place is a ground floor apartment and I was so relieved not to have to cower in my self-guilt for imposing such suffering upon them. They were all so good-natured, friendly, and nice. Not a single complaint or negative vibe! (I've been sworn at and cursed out by food delivery people all the time lol). When moving my items into the new apartment, everything was neatly stacked, Dimitry even asked where items should go and reassembled my bedroom for me. SUCH an amazing experience. They took so much stress off my shoulders and I am so grateful! Cherry on top, they even finished early and I was all moved out and into my new place in less than three hours. I can't recommend them enough! THANK YOU, GUYS!!!

This is my first time working with a moving company, and Falcon gave me such a great moving experience, from the initial estimate to the final unloading and reassembly. Go with this company because a) the pricing is incredibly fair, transparent, and easy to understand (by the hour; b) Dinesh, the moving coordinator, is helpful, accommodating, and responsive, and he was willing to work with me on dates and times when so much of my plans were up in the air and I was having a hard time making decisions; c) the moving guys, Jeremy and James, were punctual, even arriving earlier during the estimated window than I expected. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and took really good care of all of my things. They were quick with loading up in New Jersey, on time with driving to DC, and quick with unloading, as well - all with wrapping and disassembly and then unwrapping and reassembly. Jeremy and James were patient and attentive to any questions and concerns I had, and they were fun to be around, making an otherwise stressful experience much less so. I needed a mover for office furniture for the very next day and these were the only guys in town who could make time for me. They're very courteous, arrived on time, and were very fast with the move. Would highly recommend again.

Great experience with Falcon! They gave us a window of 9:30-11:30 which gave us time to prepare last minute packing. Once arrived, all three guys wore masks and were very attentive to taking care of our furniture. I was especially concerned with our baby furniture since it’s white and they took time to wrap it and protect it. Very friendly throughout the move too. Moving is always stressful, but Falcon made it easier. Truly appreciated especially these days when everyone is stressed during the pandemic. Thanks to Jeremy, Danny, and Mike for taking care of us! It was easy to plan, both over the phone - where they accommodated our changing schedule, as well as an in person visit to get a quote. On moving day, Dan and his team were excellent on both legs of the move. They literally drove through a snowstorm to deliver our things the next day. I just recently moved from Illinois to Pennsylvania. Unfortunately I did not move through this company I moved through a different company that stole my belongings and broke the items that I did receive. I called this company for advice on what I should do and the owner of this business has been there to talk to me and tell me what I should do to get my belongings. I’m very upset I didn’t go through these guys, these guys are the most caring, respectful moving company I’ve ever had contact with. I’d highly recommend this place! The owner of this company is a very very nice understanding guy. You can tell he cares and he feels more bad then the company that stole for me. Falcon Moving and Storage is just incredible! When I first got in touch with Dmitry, he was very prompt in giving me all the details and the exact price that I will be charged for my move. Thereafter Dinesh followed up with me and was equally responsive. The date and time were set and I must mention here that they are very punctual; they keep you posted regarding their arrival time which I think was quite helpful! The minimum time was 3 hours and I anticipated the total time to be around 4.5-5 hours. Jermy, JL and Angelo are truly awesome! I was amazed at their working speed! They finished wrapping up everything in an hour. My destination was around 3 miles away. The entire job took about 2.5 hours. They were very cordial, efficient, professional and the money was totally worth it! I highly recommend Falcon Moving and Storage.

Jonathan, Angelo, and Nelson showed up right at the start of the two hour window after calling in advance to let me know they were a half hour away. They were very professional right from the beginning with Jonathan working me through the paperwork while Nelson and Angelo got right to work. They packed everything quickly and safely and consulted me on a couple of items with large glass panels, that I decided to handle myself the save on crating costs. I definitely prefer that to having surprise charges show up at the end. They loaded the truck quickly and drove right over to our new place a few miles away. They brought everything where it belonged and unpacked. I was happy to see no damage on anything when they completed the job right on time. Quoted 4 hours and it took 3h 50 minutes, and trust me they hustled the whole time. Would definitely hire Falcon again and ask for this same crew. Really great job!

Jonathon and Nelson wrapped everything very carefully. They carried my couch up a flight of stairs, and it is so heavy- like elephant kind of heavy. They put everything back together when we arrived. The only thing I would change is that they charge $1 an inch to wrap your tv, and even though I said I had a tv when we set it up, this wasn’t included in the estimate, so I got the wrong amount of money to pay for it. Otherwise I’m very happy, thanks for your help with my move!

They were on time and quick with packing and padding our furniture. We had to hoist our sofa through the balcony and Dmitry had a plan to hoist our sofa without any damage. We moved from New Jersey to Maryland today. While looking at moving companies we found Falcon Moving & Storage through Moving.com being our first out of state move we were a bit nervous but everything from the initial communication and fair deal by Dinesh Watson to the final move by the duo Jonathan & Nelson was an amazing experience. Their service was timely and professional , except for a little delay due to roadwork which made me a little anxious but Dimitri ensured us that the crew would finish the job on time as promised which was done as committed.
