I discovered late this past Saturday night that my passport was expired for my Tuesday flight, tonight. I frantically called around to find an expedited service. I spoke to several services whose prices really seemed to prey on people’s desperation. Ravi called me back early that Sunday and with his calming demeanor, reassured me that he would be able to assist me with obtaining my passport for my Tuesday flight. He made above and beyond accommodations to meet my needs- even worked while he was sick to do this for me. It’s now Tuesday and guess what- I am currently sitting here waiting for my flight, in amazement, that I am still going on my trip, and truly, it is ALL thanks to Ravi. I just got a passport a year and a half ago and thought i was set and ready for vacations. So of course me thinking i had it locked away safe, i went to go get it and could not find it smh. Initially, I applied to get my first-time US passport through the post office in January 2023, opted for the expedited service, and was told by the post office that I would receive my new passport in 3 to 5 weeks. I mailed my document overnight Monday, they got it early next day Tuesday before 8am. They filed my application on Tuesday. My application was approved and they send a copy of visa by email on Thursday. they mailed to me my passport/visa overnight on Thursday. I got my passport/visa on Friday. I had a last-minute trip to Greece and Couldn’t fly because I needed a new US passport ( since my old passport was when I was ten years old), and I was panicking !!! I saw on Saturday night that my passport had expired when I was booked to travel to the UK first thing Thursday morning. I was in a tough spot with an expired passport and A1 Passport & Visa Express saved my trip. I was supposed to travel on a Wednesday morning. While packing the Saturday prior I had the sinking realization that my passport was expired. Sunday morning I got in touch with Ravi at A1. He said they could do a same-day renewal before our departure. That afternoon, I took photos and filled out the paperwork at A1’s office.
