From the Business:I got my first big break as photographer when I was hired to be the photo editor and lead photographer at my college paper. While there I shot just about every kind of event you could imagine. It was also then that I majored in Art photography. This meant that when I wasn't shooting for the paper, I was shooting for my school assignments. After graduation I joined the Peace Corps in 2013 and taught English in Morocco. I did bring my camera as well, and learned to capture the human element that brings us all together.When I returned to the states in 2015 I moved back home to LA and started my business and my career from scratch. I built up a small network of photo clients in LA and then moved to northern California in 2017 where I repeated started over again. Finally, in 2019 I moved to DC where I'm now making my mark. Since coming to DC I've learned to love the urban and classical architecture, the full breadth of the seasons, and have come to admire the resilience of everyday people here.
