This was just a preliminary assessment of my bathroom plumbing issue. Ken was knowledgeable, polite and professional. I am looking forward to his team coming back to correct the problem. UPDATE Mike and Jim just completed a difficult to access plumbing repair and crawlspace vapor barrier repair. Both gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable and very hard working technicians. I am thankful that these unfortunate issues are now corrected.

We had a leak coming from our pool heater solar panels. I found Handyman Works online as someone local who seemed like they could help with anything - I messaged them and they got back to me right away and said they could come out within a few days. Ken came out this morning, found the problem, spoke with the solar panel manufacturer to ensure he was repairing them correctly and fixed them right away. While on the roof, Ken also found that some of our shingles had some wind damage and fixed them as well. Ken did a wonderful job and I will absolutely use him again as well as recommend him to any friends who need work done!
