Not once did it feel like Jaskaran was trying to sell me on a home. It NEVER felt like I was dealing with some kind of salesman using salesman tactics in trying to convince me on why the home I'm looking at is perfect for me. The fact that he volunteers to point out the bad things to a home, even without my asking such questions in the first place, such as indications that the roof is in disrepair, or that the AC or furnace is at the end of its life cycle, or showing nuanced indicators of water/foundation damage, I believes speaks volumes about his character in how he wants me to find a home that is perfect for me that I will not regret buying instead of trying to just offload a home on me and get a commission. I highly recommend him. 

Mr. Singh he stand with us from the beginning of finding great location, lovely design as well as Beazer company. He assist us in so many things to select best materials for the house, gave us several advice. My spouse appreciate his assistant and always on time during the time we had meeting with the seller. We cannot thank Rupali enough for her services. In our neighborhood, we had a short sale, a cash sale, and a third sale (less than a year ago) far below market for homes nearly the exact same floor plan as ours.
