He has suggested few Mortgage companies and also explained the process of getting lower interest rate. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Mahender made it as painless and straightforward as possible. As a first-time home buyer, we knew very little about buying a house and process appeared to be overwhelming. Mahender guided us thru each and every step and it felt like a breeze. We first approached Neetu in 2020 and she patiently walked us through the entire process over an introductory call. We then ended up looking at a few houses but ultimately paused our search due to COVID situation. Neetu kept in touch and we restarted the process earlier this year. Neetu was certainly knowledgeable about the current trends and gave us advice without pushing us.
