Not once did it feel like Jaskaran was trying to sell me on a home. It NEVER felt like I was dealing with some kind of salesman using salesman tactics in trying to convince me on why the home I'm looking at is perfect for me. The fact that he volunteers to point out the bad things to a home, even without my asking such questions in the first place, such as indications that the roof is in disrepair, or that the AC or furnace is at the end of its life cycle, or showing nuanced indicators of water/foundation damage, I believes speaks volumes about his character in how he wants me to find a home that is perfect for me that I will not regret buying instead of trying to just offload a home on me and get a commission. I highly recommend him. 

Mr. Singh he stand with us from the beginning of finding great location, lovely design as well as Beazer company. He assist us in so many things to select best materials for the house, gave us several advice. My spouse appreciate his assistant and always on time during the time we had meeting with the seller. Realtor's job is to get you a perfect home, not just a house you live in. Jaskaran really adheres to these words. I got Jaskaran's contact from one of my friend. From the first meeting itself he has been guiding us through each and every thing what home buyers should look into the house. Generally, relators will try to close the deal with customer as soon as possible and cash out, but he did not do that. He really wanted us to get right house for our family. Many houses we liked, but he will bring the pros and cons on that house. He did tell us why we should not buy any house or why we should. Then we came across one house, which was on short sale. Overall we loved that house and Jaskaran suggested that, this is the house you should buy for XXXXX price and put YYYY amount into repairs and other stuff. Few days later we put the offer to the seller, but as we know Short sale properties takes months to close the deal. It took around 3 months for seller's bank to respond. During this elongated wait process with no contact from seller's bank, me and my family were getting little impatient. Meanwhile we went for many other open houses. Jaskaran did come with us at each open house as good realtor, but he kept reminding us of gains we would get from this short sale house. Honestly, I felt that I was little annoying to Jaskaran as well during this wait period, but he been absolutely professional. He could have easily cancelled the offer we put and gone with other regular sale house. But as I said, he really wanted us to get the best house we loved and for the right price. He always kept telling us, relationship starts after we close the house. Now I know why we said that. After we closed the house deal, he helped through my renovation project to get right contractors, home warranty and stores to buy goods from. He is many steps ahead of other realtors I talked to before. He is really an amazing realtor who will go beyond his boundaries to help you.

Many houses we liked, but he will bring the pros and cons on that house. He did tell us why we should not buy any house or why we should. Then we came across one house, which was on short sale. Overall we loved that house and Jaskaran suggested that, this is the house you should buy for XXXXX price and put YYYY amount into repairs and other stuff. Few days later we put the offer to the seller, but as we know Short sale properties takes months to close the deal. It took around 3 months for seller's bank to respond. During this elongated wait process with no contact from seller's bank, me and my family were getting little impatient. Meanwhile we went for many other open houses. Jaskaran did come with us at each open house as good realtor, but he kept reminding us of gains we would get from this short sale house. Honestly, I felt that I was little annoying to Jaskaran as well during this wait period, but he been absolutely professional. He could have easily cancelled the offer we put and gone with other regular sale house. But as I said, he really wanted us to get the best house we loved and for the right price. He always kept telling us, relationship starts after we close the house. Now I know why we said that. After we closed the house deal, he helped through my renovation project to get right contractors, home warranty and stores to buy goods from. Chandra is very cool he showed us 5 houses in 2 days, as per our demand. Our first choice had a bad realtor on the sellers side and he fought tooth and nail to get that house but didn’t let us stress about it.
