Ashwin supported us while we were buying a property in Indiana. There were lot of headwinds for us- we were based in IL trying to finalise a property in Indiana, we were also on tight timeline of 2 months to select a property and close and above all first time buying in US so had no experience of buying Real estate in US. He is very aggressive when it come to negotiations, he will squeeze every penny for you and give you honest feed back with numbers. He helped in arranging inspection. On the day before we closed on both of our homes I had issues in moving, I called Haq and his team were on the phones to find me a moving truck.
