Varsha defines the patience and tenacity required for a realtor in this market. We worked with her for nearly 2 years thru home search and construction and she was always there to help us and guide us. She helped understand every bit of paperwork that was being signed and also prepared us for other paper work that will come in mail. She is also very helpful with final inspections (blue tape walk) for new builds and had great recommendations for 3rd party Inspectors, insurance agents, external lenders, etc. TLDR: For you modern family fans, she can outdo your Phil Dunphy standards.
