Realtors.com assigned Saman Baig of Trueblood Realty to us when we were requesting a buyer broker. My wife and I found her to be a very energetic, focused and goal-oriented Realtor. She assessed how we address projects and adjusted to our needs very well. Saman was very good about explaining the details at each step of the process. Although there had been some changes to the law with regard to brokers for the seller and the buyer recently, Sam was knowledgeable in the basics and how it would affect us. She interacted with her seller broker counterpart on our behalf. The seller made certain requests of us which we were able to satisfy. We were able to get one or two items corrected such as a hole in the drywall in the garage to bring the condo we were buying up to code. This was done with a minimum of interaction on our part and efficient communication Saman and her counterpart. She listened to our needs, found a condo that we liked in a neighborhood that we liked, very quickly. She helped us negotiate a proper price. She helped with the process of securing the loan, with the mortgage expenses In terms of reminders, interacted with the title company successfully and was able to get us in to see the condo in a short period of time after we requested it. I would recommend someone highly to anyone in the Fishers area trying to purchase their next home

Saman was really helpful and dedicated to helping us find a home. She was also very flexible working with my night work schedule and my wife’s day schedule to where we both could see houses. After we bought the home Saman stayed in touch with us and helped us workout some issues we had with the previous owners. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a house
