I met Kamal when I was going with one of my colleague to see a potential house for him to buy. When I met him for the first time I was impressed based on his experience and full time availability and since I was also searching for home for myself I made my mind to work with him. We cannot thank Rupali enough for her services. In our neighborhood, we had a short sale, a cash sale, and a third sale (less than a year ago) far below market for homes nearly the exact same floor plan as ours. We had to sell our home, but were very leery of putting it on the market due to those prior low sales. When Rupali told us the price she wanted to list our home for, we thought it was too high. She told us not to worry and asked us to trust her. We had an offer 48 hours later very close to asking price! It was unbelievable. We anticipated sitting on the market awhile just like the other homes, and were amazed at how quick we were under contract. Rupali guided us through the sales process (it had been years since we last sold a home) and was very responsive. We were worried that the house would not appraise for the contract price and literally bugged her every day for updates. Rupali again told us not to worry. Just in case you didn't know, most realtors don't like wasting time on rentals. I went through 2 friend-referred realtors before I found Deepak and Manny from EXP. Together they were by far the most responsive realtors I have ever had in Maryland or Texas. For every property that they found or I found, they would quickly schedule a tour and send in my application for me. All I would say is I like it. Let's send in an application and it was sent immediately. Deepak made the process SUPER easy and quick. My credit score was in the low 600s and never once did Deepak ever give up on me. They were honest, did not push me into getting a place, and honestly got me the townhouse we wanted!! I will DEFINITELY be utilizing both of them again!
