Gurmeet is a true professional, we found him while searching homes on Zillow. He was very patient with us while we look for our dream home about two months. Gurmeet was available all the times and answered all of our questions. He won our offer out of 35 offers and analyzed the market so carefully that our offer was not over appraisal value. Gurmeet has very good negotiation skills. Our offer was not selected by seller at first, but he talked to seller’s agent very professionally while I was with him at Starbucks coffee and convinced her to reconsider our offer. Gurmeet also helped us with financing. There were some conditions on the loan, which could not be removed during initial loan contingency period. He talked to seller’s agent and extended loan contingency until our loan was not 100% approved by lender.
