He even went to the title company to see the attorney for any help at 8 pm in the evening (you can't find an agent who would do that for you). Chirag, my lender and the attorney were working from 6 am in the morning to make sure they can figure out a way for us to close on time. On the other hand he made sure he explain everything to the sellers about our situation and even make them understand that the closing might be delayed by a week or so. Many parts of this process were out of his control but thanks to his determination and everyone who worked with him to help push this through and we were able to close on the day we planned.
